电力行业优质服务中的创新激励机制研究

【摘要】:电力产业是国民经济发展中最重要的基础能源产业;是国民经济的第一基础产业;是关系国计民生的基础产业;是世界各国经济发展战略中的优先发展产业。鉴于此,国家电网将电力行业优质服务上升到文化建设的高度。树立了以提供优质服务为宗旨的管理理念。如何有效地完善电力行业激励机制,激发员工的主动性和创造性一直是学界广泛研究和探讨的重点。 论文首先对选题的研究背景和意义、内容和框架结构等做了简介,对国内外激励机制的相关理论进行了阐述,指出优质服务激励机制对电力行业的重要性;其次,对电力行业优质服务的激励现状进行了分析,找出了其中存在的主要问题,得出了薪酬激励是电力行业优质服务最主要的激励手段,同时辅助以工作与发展激励。最后,提出了电力行业优质服务激励机制完善的目的与要求、原则和基本思路:提高电力技术、制定科学合理的薪酬体系、工作与发展激励、电力企业文化激励、培训激励和完善系统的激励机制
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is the most important basic energy industry in the development of the national economy; it is the first basic industry of the national economy; it is the basic industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood; and it is a priority industry in the economic development strategies of all countries in the world. The State Grid has raised the high quality service of the electric power industry to the height of cultural construction. It has established the management concept aiming at providing high quality service. How to improve the incentive mechanism of the electric power industry effectively, Stimulating the initiative and creativity of employees has been the focus of extensive research and discussion in academic circles. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, content and frame structure of the topic, expounds the relevant theories of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, and points out the importance of the incentive mechanism of high quality service to the electric power industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of incentive for high quality service in electric power industry, finds out the main problems existing in it, and concludes that salary incentive is the most important incentive means of high quality service in electric power industry, and at the same time, it helps to encourage work and development. Finally, The purpose, requirements, principles and basic ideas of improving the incentive mechanism of high quality service in electric power industry are put forward: to improve power technology, to formulate a scientific and reasonable salary system, to encourage work and development, and to stimulate the culture of electric power enterprises.
