F集团教务教学管理平台项目管理案例分析

【摘要】:随着IT产业的迅速发展,项目管理的重要性在软件研发行业越来越受到重视,越来越多的企业愿意耗费大量的人力、财力,与专业培训机构合作来提高企业项目管理人员的专业技能,同时在企业运营的过程中,逐渐建立了一系列提高企业营运、管理的信息化平台,用以帮助企业高层做决策时有力的信息支撑。 本论文首先对F集团员工教育信息化平台建设的背景及建设完成后的意义进行陈述,并根据项目管理的知识,对范围管理、进度管理、成本管理、沟通管理、人力资源管理几个重要部分的影响因素进行总结,对发生的一些案例进行描述、分析、总结,以及本项目上线后需要注意的事项提出建议和在实施中不足之处进行简单的分析和建议,论文的最后对本论文的分析过程和项目实施成果进行总结。项目管理中各个组成部分都是互相联系、互相影响的,每一个阶段都需要认真的管控,对发生的问题需要按照既定的流程进行分析,评估其影响程度,并作出相应的应对措施,高效率的利用项目中可提供的各种资源。项目管理者要尽可能充分的识别项目实施过程中可能发生的风险,提前做好应对措施,对于突发的事件也要能够妥善的处理。项目管理者大部分的时间来协调和处理项目实施过程中发生的各种事项。任何项目的实施都是通过人来完成的,因此,做好团队管理对于项目管理者来说也是一项挑战,如何提高团队的协作能力、营造和谐的团队气氛、提高团队成员的成就感是项目管理者需要考虑的。一个成功的软件项目中各项工作的计划排配一定要具备合理性、可实施性,并通过项目管理知识在实施过程中进行严格的管理、控制,协调,确保项目一直朝着既定的目标进行,从而得到高的客户满意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of IT industry, the importance of project management has been paid more and more attention in the software research and development industry. More and more enterprises are willing to expend a lot of human and financial resources. Cooperation with professional training institutions to improve the professional skills of enterprise project managers, at the same time, in the process of enterprise operation, gradually set up a series of information platforms to improve the operation and management of enterprises. To help the senior level to make decisions with strong information support. This paper first describes the background of the construction of F Group employee education information platform and the significance of the construction, and according to the knowledge of project management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, communication management, The influence factors of several important parts of human resource management are summarized, and some cases are described, analyzed and summarized. As well as the items that need attention after the project goes online, put forward the suggestion and carry on the simple analysis and suggestion in the implementation. At the end of the paper, we summarize the analysis process and project implementation results of this paper. Each component of project management is interrelated and affects each other, and every stage needs careful control and control. Problems that arise need to be analysed in accordance with established processes, to assess the extent of their impact and to respond accordingly, Make efficient use of the various resources available in the project. Project managers should identify as fully as possible the risks that may occur during the implementation of the project, and make early response measures. For unexpected events, they should be able to handle them properly. Project managers spend most of their time coordinating and dealing with the various events that occur during the implementation of the project. The implementation of any project is done by people, so, Team management is also a challenge for project managers. How to improve team cooperation ability and create a harmonious team atmosphere, Improving team members' sense of achievement is something that project managers need to consider. A successful software project must have a reasonable and implementable schedule of work. And through the project management knowledge in the implementation process carries on the strict management, the control, the coordination, ensures the project to carry on the goal all the time, thus obtains the high customer satisfaction.
