大型地面并网光伏电站技术经济综合性评价理论研究

【摘要】:随着化石能源的过度消耗,世界环境问题日益突出。近年来世界各国政府加大了对可再生能源的投入。太阳能作为一种可再生能源收到了越来越多国家的重视。中国是太阳能资源最丰富的国家之一,太阳能光伏利用正处于起步发展阶段,大力发展地面并网光伏电站有利于改善我国能源结构,有效控制污染,实现社会经济的可持续发展。 本论文在技术经济和综合评价理论的基础上,提出了利用技术经济指标和综合评价理论相结合的方式来评判大型地面并网光伏电站经济性。从我国光伏发电装机规模、发电成本、发展趋势、技术特点、存在问题等方面,对我国太阳能光伏发电产业的发展进行了总结和分析。论证了我国大型并网光伏电站正处于高速发展阶段,有必要建立一套能够全面评估的电站效益评价标准。基于上述原因,本论文通过建立技术、经济和社会三方面指标体系,最终建立大型地面并网光伏电站项目的技术经济综合评价体系;通过分析三个目前已经投运的大型地面并网光伏电站对所建立的指标体系进行验证。 在处理评价体系指标权重时本论文综合采用了德尔菲法和层次分析法,得出算例中三个光伏电站各项指标权重并加以比较。研究表明,本文建立的技术、经济、社会三方面综合评价体系,可以更加直观、定量的对大型地面并网光伏项目进行投资评价。
[Abstract]:With the excessive consumption of fossil energy, The environmental problems in the world are becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, governments around the world have increased their investment in renewable energy. Solar energy, as a renewable energy, has received increasing attention from more and more countries. China is one of the countries with the most abundant solar energy resources. The utilization of solar photovoltaic is at the initial stage of development. It is beneficial to improve the energy structure of our country, control pollution effectively and realize the sustainable development of social economy by vigorously developing the ground grid-connected photovoltaic power station. On the basis of technical economy and comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper puts forward a way to evaluate the economy of large-scale ground-based grid-connected photovoltaic power station by combining technical and economic indexes with comprehensive evaluation theory. This paper summarizes and analyzes the development of solar photovoltaic power generation industry in China from the aspects of power generation cost, development trend, technical characteristics and existing problems, and proves that large grid-connected photovoltaic power plants are in a high speed development stage. It is necessary to establish a set of comprehensive evaluation criteria for the benefit of power plants. For the above reasons, this paper establishes a technical, economic and social index system. Finally, the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation system of large-scale terrestrial grid-connected photovoltaic power station project is established, and the index system is verified by analyzing three large-scale terrestrial grid-connected photovoltaic power stations that have been put into operation at present. In dealing with the index weight of the evaluation system, the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used in this paper to obtain and compare the indexes of three photovoltaic power stations. Three aspects of social comprehensive evaluation system, can be more intuitive, quantitative evaluation of large-scale ground-connected photovoltaic project investment.
