【摘要】:二十一世纪之初,面对国内企业产品结构的调整以及国外企业产品品质的激烈竞争,中国陶瓷产业面临着更大的挑战和机遇。萍乡长虹陶瓷有限公司始建于1997年,目前为江西最大、中国第三的研磨陶瓷生产基地。长虹陶瓷公司自创立之日起,就立足于“集中所有优势资源,专业生产球磨机研磨用微晶等静压中铝球、微晶耐磨中铝衬砖等系列产品”的企业发展方向,创业十几年来,为广大的客户主打提供优质、价廉的研磨产品,成为了江西乃至国内最大、效益最好、最具发展潜力的研磨陶瓷企业。 本文以长虹陶瓷公司的发展战略为研究对象,应用企业战略相关理论综述、竞争力理论、企业战略分析的工具,采取理论与实际相结合的方法进行研究,分析了长虹陶瓷公司的内部环境和外部环境,接着从指导思想、公司发展战略目标、发展重点、公司战略的制定四个方面阐述了长虹陶瓷公司发展战略规划,最后提出了公司战略实施的保障措施是:建设与战略相适应的组织结构;建设与战略相适应的组织制度;建设与战略相适应的组织文化;引进人才,奖励技术创新及提升公司自主创新能力。 本文研究的目的在于通过新的战略的指导,解决长虹陶瓷公司经营管理中的各种问题,使公司尽快走出经营困境,并获得新的市场竞争优势。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21 century, facing the adjustment of the product structure of domestic enterprises and the fierce competition of the product quality of foreign enterprises, the Chinese ceramic industry is facing more challenges and opportunities. Pingxiang Changhong Ceramics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997. Since its founding, Changhong Ceramics Company has been based on "concentrating all superior resources, specializing in the production of ball mill grinding microcrystalline isostatic pressure aluminum ball," which is the largest in Jiangxi Province and the third in China. The development direction of the enterprise, starting a business for more than ten years, has become the largest and the best benefit in Jiangxi and even in our country by providing high quality and low price grinding products for the majority of customers. This paper takes the development strategy of Changhong Ceramics Company as the research object, applies the enterprise strategy related theory summary, the competitiveness theory, the enterprise strategy analysis tool, takes the method of combining theory with practice to carry on the research. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Changhong Ceramics Company, and then expounds the development strategy plan of Changhong Ceramics Company from four aspects: the guiding ideology, the company's development strategic objectives, the development focus, and the formulation of the company's strategy. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of the company strategy are put forward as follows: construction of the organizational structure adapted to the strategy; construction of the organizational system adapted to the strategy; construction of the organizational culture compatible with the strategy; introduction of talents; Reward technology innovation and improve the company's independent innovation ability. The purpose of this paper is to solve all kinds of problems in the management of Changhong Ceramics Company through the guidance of new strategy, so that the company can get out of the difficult position of management as soon as possible and gain a new competitive advantage in the market.
