【摘要】:建筑设计,伴随着新中国的成立和发展,一直是国民经济建设的重要行业之一,建筑业是支柱型产业,,建筑设计为建筑业服务,也是国家经济的重要组成部分。 WTO组织的加入,将竞争市场扩充到全球;PM2.5的世界关注,如何做到环保、节能,是设计企业必须面对和要及时解决的问题;2012年我国将重点支持创新型、劳动密集型、创业型中小企业特别是小型微型企业发展,中小企业应借助利好的政策优势,制定合理的企业战略,帮助企业健康成长。 本文首先介绍了现有国家政策、法律、法规对设计行业的影响,分析了建筑行业的发展历史和现状,总结了行业发展目前仍存在的问题,运用企业战略理论以及PEST分析、五力模型分析和SWOT分析等工具,对QS建筑设计公司的内、外部环境进行了分析,并对国内设计行业的市场化竞争进行了实证研究。无论从QS公司所面临的竞争环境还是从公司自身发展需要来看,都需要制定一个适合其发展的良好战略来加快企业的成长发展。 在此基础上,归纳了QS建筑设计公司自身的优势及劣势,结合行业政策和中小企业有利政策,分析了适合QS建筑设计公司当前情况的企业战略方向、核心竞争力,制定出公司的总体发展战略,包括企业愿景、未来5年战略目标、一般竞争战略、战略实施步骤和战略执行要点等。 期望QS建筑设计公司通过树立企业品牌、打造明星产品、稳定核心团队等方法,形成竞争优势,合理配置有限资源,促进小企业健康持续发展。
[Abstract]:Architectural design, with the establishment and development of new China, has been one of the important industries of national economic construction. Construction industry is a pillar industry, architectural design for the construction industry, is also an important part of the national economy. With the entry of WTO, the competition market will be expanded to the world of PM2.5. How to achieve environmental protection and energy saving is the problem that design enterprises must face and solve in time. In 2012, our country will focus on supporting innovation, labor intensive, and so on. The small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises, should benefit from the favorable policy advantages, and make a reasonable enterprise strategy to help them grow healthily. This paper first introduces the influence of the existing national policies, laws and regulations on the design industry, analyzes the development history and present situation of the construction industry, summarizes the existing problems in the development of the industry, and applies the theory of enterprise strategy and the analysis of PEST. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of QS architectural design company with the tools of five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis. The paper also makes an empirical study on the market competition in the domestic design industry. Whether from the competitive environment faced by QS companies or from the needs of the company's own development, Both need to make a good strategy for its development to accelerate the growth and development of enterprises. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of QS Architectural Design Company are summarized. Combined with the industry policy and the favorable policy for small and medium-sized enterprises, the strategic direction and core competitiveness of QS Architectural Design Company are analyzed. Formulate the overall development strategy of the company, including corporate vision, strategic objectives for the next five years, general competition strategy, strategy implementation steps and key points of strategy implementation. It is expected that QS Architectural Design Company can form competitive advantage, reasonably allocate limited resources and promote the healthy and sustainable development of small enterprises by establishing enterprise brand, building star products, stabilizing core team and so on.
