【摘要】：摘要：经济迅猛发展、人们生活水平提高和健康意识的提升，为功能糖产业提供了广阔的发展空间。功能糖产业是禹城市重要的支柱产业，十几年前就已经开始了功能糖工业化生产。禹城市功能糖企业，在国内处于领先地位，在国际上也具有一定的影响力，，但是与日本等核心技术领先的国家相比，禹城市功能糖企业在研发和营销方面还存在差距。禹城市功能糖企业如何保持竞争优势，在全球竞争中赶超发达国家，是相关企业都应该思考的问题。本文想从产业升级的角度分析禹城市功能糖企业的发展问题，借助产业升级理论探讨禹城市功能糖产业升级的优势与制约因素，并提出有助于产业提升的建议和对策。本文首先介绍了产业升级的相关理论，这是分析禹城市功能糖产业升级的理论基础。通过对理论的梳理和研究，本文认为产业升级可以从产业内部结构优化和全球价值链提升两个方面进行。阐述功能糖产业发展现状及趋势，分析禹城市功能糖产业内部结构与在全球价值链的现状以及禹城市功能糖产业升级的优势和制约因素，借助产业升级理论，通过产业内部结构优化和价值链升级两个途径，在产品和市场结构调整，研发和营销能力提升等方面为禹城市功能糖产业升级提出相应的建议与对策。为禹城市功能糖企业在日益激烈的竞争中保持持续健康的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of economy, the improvement of people's living standard and the improvement of health consciousness, the functional sugar industry is an important pillar industry in Yucheng City. The industrial production of functional sugar began more than ten years ago. Yucheng's functional sugar enterprises are in a leading position at home and have a certain degree of influence internationally, but compared with Japan and other leading countries in core technology, Yucheng functional sugar enterprises still have a gap in R & D and marketing. How do Yucheng functional sugar enterprises maintain their competitive advantage and catch up with developed countries in the global competition? This paper analyzes the development of functional sugar enterprises in Yucheng from the angle of industrial upgrading, and discusses the advantages and constraints of the upgrading of functional sugar industry in Yucheng with the help of the theory of industrial upgrading. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to help industry upgrade. This paper first introduces the related theories of industrial upgrading, which is the theoretical basis of analyzing the functional sugar industry upgrading in Yucheng. This paper holds that industrial upgrading can be carried out from two aspects: industrial internal structure optimization and global value chain upgrading. This paper analyzes the internal structure of functional sugar industry in Yucheng and its present situation in the global value chain, as well as the advantages and constraints of the upgrading of functional sugar industry in Yucheng. In the aspects of product and market structure adjustment, research and development and marketing ability promotion, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for Yucheng functional sugar industry upgrading, and provides reference for Yucheng functional sugar enterprises to maintain sustainable and healthy development in the increasingly fierce competition.
