大型微纳米铁粉项目在泰钢投产

【摘要】：正10月6日,年产600 t微纳米铁粉项目在山东泰山钢铁集团投产。该项目投产后,年可生产38μm(400目)、23μm(600目)、18μm(800目)、13μm(1 000目)、10μm(1 300目)等多种规格的特种粉末冶金产品,铁质量分数98.5%以上,铁粉粒度2~25μm,达到微米级、纳米级。据了解,该项目是泰钢为积极应对行业严峻形势,探索多元化发展道路而实施的重点项目。该项目拥有国内发明专利1项,实用新型专利5项。
[Abstract]:On October 6, the project with an annual production of 600 tons of micro and nanometer iron powder was put into operation in Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group. After the project was put into operation, the annual production of 38 渭 m ~ (400) ~ (23 渭 m) ~ (400) ~ (6) 渭 m ~ (600) ~ (6) ~ (18) 渭 m ~ (800) ~ (1 000) ~ (1 000) ~ (10 渭 m ~ (1 ~ 300) ~ (th)) special powder metallurgical products with more than 98.5% iron content was achieved. The iron powder has a particle size of 25 渭 m, reaching micron and nanometer levels. According to our understanding, this project is a key project implemented by Taigang to actively respond to the severe situation in the industry and explore the road of diversified development. This project has one domestic invention patent. Five patents for utility model.
