【摘要】:美国的《财富》杂志曾说过“未来最成功的公司,将是那些基于学习型组织的公司”。人力资源培训是保持企业员工学习性、知识创新性的主要手段,也是改善企业绩效、增进企业竞争优势、提高员工满足感以及培育企业文化的关键因素,因此做好人力资源培训工作对企业具有重大意义。同时,如何把人力资源培训体系理论研究的成果与社会、企业的实际需求有机结合也成为一项重要挑战。 鉴于HK公司是一家重组改制而成的股份制企业,也是中国第一家在英国伦敦证券交易所上市的化工企业,因此选择HK公司作为人力资源培训体系的研究范例具有典型代表性与行业引领性。 本研究梳理和分析HK公司原有的人力资源培训体系,广泛查阅和收集国内外先进人力资源培训模式、流程、管理等状况,,研究和剖析HK公司人力资源培训工作存在的主要问题,运用胜任素质模型等人力资源培训基础理论,从培训需求分析模型建立、培训方式选择、培训效果评估模型应用、保障机制构建等几方面提出全面改进HK公司人力资源培训体系的策略和措施,为企业不断打造高素质人才队伍、不断增强企业市场竞争力提供有效参考。
[Abstract]:Fortune magazine in the United States once said that "the most successful companies in the future will be those based on learning organizations." Human resources training is the main means to keep employees learning and innovative knowledge, and also to improve corporate performance. It is of great significance for enterprises to improve their competitive advantage, improve their employees' satisfaction and cultivate their corporate culture. At the same time, it is of great significance to do a good job of human resources training. At the same time, how to make the achievements of the theoretical research of human resources training system and the society, The organic combination of the actual needs of enterprises has also become an important challenge. In view of the fact that HK Company is a joint-stock enterprise formed by reorganization and restructuring, it is also the first chemical company in China to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. Therefore, HK company as a research example of human resources training system has typical representativeness and industry-leading. This study combs and analyzes the original human resource training system of HK Company, and extensively consults and collects the advanced human resource training models, processes, management and so on at home and abroad. This paper studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the training of human resources in HK Company, applies the basic theory of human resources training, such as competency model, from the establishment of training demand analysis model, the selection of training methods, and the application of training effect evaluation model. The strategies and measures of improving HK company's human resource training system are put forward in several aspects, such as the construction of security mechanism, so as to provide an effective reference for enterprises to build up high-quality talents and enhance their market competitiveness.
