二手车经纪商业模式可行性研究

【摘要】:伴随我国汽车市场的平稳发展,,全国汽车保有量也日益增长,给二手车市场的发展提供了广阔的空间。同时,二手车的交易规模不断创造历史新高,也为二手车市场的持续发展奠定了坚实的基础,但我国二手车市场存在诸多问题,尤其是二手车交易环节,其存在的问题尤为突出,作为我国二手车市场交易的基本经营主体的二手车经纪公司,其始终未形成规范化的运作,也未形成清晰的盈利模式,导致二手车经纪业务成为影响二手车市场健康发展的阻碍,二手车市场亟待科学、合理的二手车经纪模式的出现。因而,研究二手车交易的经纪模式具有重大的现实意义。 本文在对国内外二手车市场的发展现状、国内外二手车交易模式现状及我国二手车经纪服务的现状了解的基础上,以商业模式理论为基础,针对我国二手车的经纪服务存在的问题,提出了二手车交易的经纪模式框架。在该模式框架下,包括了提供物、客户界面、基础设施管理、财务状况四个方面,以及价值主张、客户细分、渠道通路、客户关系、核心资源、关键业务、重要合作、收入来源及成本结构九个构造模块,这九个构造模块又覆盖了经纪模式的四个主要方面。本文对九个构造模块及其相互间的关系进行了深入的分析,以论述本文提出的经纪模式的可行性与适用性。 以价值理论为基础,本文对二手车交易的经纪模式中的价值循环过程进行了深入探讨,阐释了在二手车经纪模式下的价值创造、价值传递、价值获取的过程机理,并分析了在价值循环的过程中,各构造模块对价值创造、价值传递、价值获取的作用与影响,进而得出二手车经纪模式的价值循环是一个在经纪公司、客户、合作伙伴及其他伙伴之间的各构造模块相互作用、相互依赖的过程,这又进一步验证了本文提出的二手车交易的经纪模式的可行性。 本文提出的二手车交易的经纪模式是对我国二手车市场交易的一个有益的探索,通过本文的研究,希望能够为二手车经纪服务提供一个有效的参考范式,对进一步规范二手车交易,促进二手车市场的健康稳定发展具有积极的深远影响,但本文提出的二手车交易的经纪模式尚需要在实践中予以验证。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of the automobile market in our country, the number of cars in the country is also increasing day by day, which provides a broad space for the development of the second-hand car market. At the same time, the scale of the second-hand car trading is constantly creating a new record in history. It also lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the second-hand car market, but there are many problems in the second-hand car market in our country, especially in the second-hand car trading link, and the existing problems are particularly prominent. As the basic operating body of the second-hand car market in our country, the second-hand car brokerage company has never formed a standardized operation, nor has it formed a clear profit model. The second-hand car brokerage business has become a hindrance to the healthy development of the second-hand car market, and the second-hand car market urgently needs the emergence of a scientific and reasonable second-hand car brokerage model. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the brokerage model of second-hand car trading. Based on the understanding of the current situation of the second-hand car market at home and abroad, the current situation of the second-hand car trading mode at home and abroad and the current situation of the second-hand car brokerage service in China, this paper bases on the business model theory. Aiming at the problems existing in the brokerage service of second-hand car in China, this paper puts forward the frame of brokerage mode of second-hand car trading. Under the framework of this model, it includes four aspects: supply, customer interface, infrastructure management, financial situation, and value proposition. Customer segmentation, channel access, customer relationship, core resources, key business, important cooperation, revenue source and cost structure, These nine construction modules cover four main aspects of brokerage mode. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the nine structural modules and their relationships in order to discuss the feasibility and applicability of the brokerage model proposed in this paper. Based on the theory of value, this paper probes into the process of value cycle in the brokerage mode of second-hand car trading, and explains the process mechanism of value creation, value transmission and value acquisition under the model of second-hand car brokerage. In the process of value cycle, the function and influence of each construction module on value creation, value transmission and value acquisition are analyzed, and then the value cycle of second-hand car brokerage model is a brokerage company, customer. The process of interaction and interdependence between the construction modules of partners and other partners further verifies the feasibility of the brokerage model of second-hand car trading proposed in this paper. The brokerage model of second-hand car trading proposed in this paper is a useful exploration of second-hand car trading in China. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide an effective reference paradigm for second-hand car brokerage service. It has a positive and far-reaching influence on further regulating second-hand car trading and promoting the healthy and stable development of second-hand car market, but the broking model of second-hand car trading proposed in this paper still needs to be verified in practice.
