黄海制药公司人力资源培训体系研究

【摘要】:黄海公司是一家现代化的医药制品企业,其前身为青岛国营制药厂,于2004年改制为民营企业。公司的业务覆盖保健、医药两大行业,而且公司的研发实力具行业前列。在医药保健行业的迅速发展的背景下,依靠领先的产品、卓越的质量、不断的推广,公司的业务和员工规模越来越大。但是随着公司规模的增大,原有的企业人力资源体系,尤其是人力资源培训,已不能满足公司人才上的需求,变成制约公司继续发展的重要因素之一。为了进一步挖掘公司员工的潜力,提升公司竞争力,实现公司持续稳定的发展,必须优化公司的人力资源培训系统。 本文内容共分六章。第一章是导论部分,主要阐述选题背景和意义、研究方法和研究思路;第二章是人力资源培训理论概述;第三章是黄海公司人力资源现状及问题;第四章是黄海公司人力资源培训体系重构;第五章是黄海公司人力资源培训体系重构的建议;第六章是结论。总而言之,本文贡献主要体现在两个方面:其一,通过对黄海制药公司调查研究,在企业管理实践上证明了培训是制约公司战略目标实现的重要因素;其二,在调查研究的基础上,从理论上总结并形成了以公司战略为导向的人力资源培训体系方案,为公司解决人力资源培训中的问题提供了一定的理论参考意见。
[Abstract]:Huang Hai Company is a modern pharmaceutical products enterprise, its predecessor is Qingdao state-run pharmaceutical factory, in 2004, the company was transformed into a private enterprise. The company's business covers health care and medicine two major industries. And the company's R & D strength is in the forefront of the industry. In the context of the rapid development of the medical and health care industry, it relies on leading products, excellent quality, and continuous promotion. However, with the increase of the size of the company, the original enterprise human resource system, especially the human resource training, can no longer meet the needs of the company. In order to further tap the potential of employees, enhance the competitiveness of the company, and achieve the sustainable and stable development of the company, it is necessary to optimize the human resources training system of the company. The content of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, research methods and research ideas; the second chapter is the overview of human resources training theory; the third chapter is the current situation and problems of human resources of Huang Hai company; The fourth chapter is the reconstruction of human resources training system of Huang Hai Company; the fifth chapter is the suggestion of the reconstruction of the human resources training system of Huang Hai Company; the sixth chapter is the conclusion. In a word, the contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in two aspects: first, Through the investigation and study of Huang Hai Pharmaceutical Company, it is proved in the practice of enterprise management that training is an important factor restricting the realization of the company's strategic goal. Secondly, on the basis of investigation and research, This paper summarizes and forms the human resource training system based on company strategy theoretically, which provides some theoretical reference for the company to solve the problems in human resource training.
