河南省速冻食品企业冷链物流共同配送模式研究

【摘要】：随着社会对物流作用的不断认识，现代物流得到了飞速发展。近年来由于人民生活水平的提高和对食品安全的重视，冷链物流作为一种特殊的物流形式，得到了一定的发展。但由于处于发展的初级阶段，食品冷链物流常常出现断链的现象，物流配送效率低，成本偏高，无法满足日益增长的市场需求，甚至影响到食品安全。因此，研究食品冷链物流的配送问题对于保障食品安全，降低企业成本具有重要意义。共同配送是发达国家长期实践总结出的先进的配送方式，不仅能够整合资源，实现规模化作业，从而降低成本，提高效率，还能够避免重复运输，缓解交通压力，减少污染，值得我国发展食品冷链物流借鉴。然而共同配送模式多样，，我们需要因地制宜，选择适合自身实际情况的共同配送模式，在实践中解决共同配送存在的问题。本文首先总结了前人的研究成果，在食品冷链物流和配送管理的相关理论基础上，从速冻食品、冷链物流和配送三个方面分析了河南省速冻食品冷链物流发展现状，提出了冷链物流采用共同配送的可行性和必要性，接着通过对横向共同配送模式和纵向共同配送模式的分析，提出了适合河南省速冻食品企业的共同配送模式，即共同集配，最后通过模拟假设，利用满意度方程构造共同集配成本分摊模型，运用lingo9.0求解，并进行了案例分析，验证了该模型的有效性和合理性。希望通过本文的研究能够对河南省速冻食品企业发展冷链物流共同配送提供有意义的指导和帮助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous understanding of the role of logistics, modern logistics has been rapid development.In recent years, as a special form of logistics, cold chain logistics has been developed due to the improvement of people's living standard and the importance of food safety.However, due to being in the primary stage of development, food cold chain logistics often appears the phenomenon of chain breaking, logistics delivery efficiency is low, high cost, unable to meet the growing market demand, and even affect food safety.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the distribution of food cold chain logistics to ensure food safety and reduce enterprise cost.Joint distribution is an advanced distribution method that has been summed up in developed countries for a long time. It can not only integrate resources, realize large-scale operations, reduce costs and improve efficiency, but also avoid repeated transportation, relieve traffic pressure and reduce pollution.It is worthy of our country to develop food cold chain logistics for reference.However, there are various modes of joint distribution, so we need to adapt to local conditions, choose the mode of joint distribution suitable for our own actual situation, and solve the problems existing in joint distribution in practice.Based on the theory of food cold chain logistics and distribution management, this paper analyzes the development status of cold chain logistics in Henan province from three aspects: quick frozen food, cold chain logistics and distribution.This paper puts forward the feasibility and necessity of using common distribution in cold chain logistics, and then through the analysis of horizontal and vertical joint distribution mode, it puts forward the common distribution mode, that is, common distribution, which is suitable for the frozen food enterprises in Henan Province.Finally, the common set cost allocation model is constructed by using the satisfaction equation, and solved by lingo9.0. The validity and rationality of the model are verified by a case study.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide meaningful guidance and help for the development of cold chain logistics joint distribution in frozen food enterprises in Henan province.
