【摘要】：正本刊讯据《消费日报》报道,日前,山东省政府办公厅下发《山东造纸产业转型升级实施方案》。根据方案,山东将优化产品品种,对新闻纸将禁止新上产能。方案要求,顺应社会转型与纸张需求变化,实施战略转型,从以产品为中心转向以顾客为中心,优化调整产品结构。山东生产新闻纸的规模效益在国内外均具有优势,新闻纸主要以废纸为原料利用现代化装备生产,成本优势尤其明显。而受电子媒体的影响,新闻纸市场萎缩,需求量正以每年5%的速度递
