5S管理在NX石化公司应用的案例分析

【摘要】:改革开放以来,企业为了转变发展方式,适应来自国内外的竞争压力,企业开始使用先进的科学的企业管理方式,提高企业竞争实力,使企业取得了巨大的变化,迅猛的发展。5S管理在许多企业管理中一直停留在口头,一些企业引进了这种管理方法,但是取得的成绩并不显著。在实施过程中很多企业都不能坚持到最后,形成“有头无尾”的结局。如何实施、推进5S管理是企业面临的研究课题。 随着市场激励的竞争和加入WTO,公司所处的外部环境和内部发展都需要企业把管理提高一个档次。从5s管理入手是提升自身管理水平的一个切入点,通过引入5S管理,内部开展和推行现场管理活动,企业现场管理得到一定的改善,企业的安全事故下降。但由于经济转型、体制改革、结构调整、企业重组的影响,NX石化在管理方面还有不少的困难和问题。指出NX石化现场管理的现状,分析了NX石化在现场管理存在的问题及存在问题的原因,探索适合NX石化现场管理的方式,对于丰富和发展NX石化现场管理理论,指导NX石化解决好企业发展与管理不协调的矛盾,完善NX石化现场管理具有重要的理论意义。通过对NX石化实施5S活动5年来现场管理案例的分析,剖析了存在一些问题,因此从典型案例中总结NX石化公司5S现场管理的经验教训和取得的成绩,对于进一步完善NX石化5S现场管理有一定的帮助。同时也希望能够为我国经济水平相当地区的企业5S现场管理完善发展提供借鉴,帮助企业顺利实施5S管理活动就显得十分重要。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, in order to change the mode of development and adapt to the competitive pressure from home and abroad, enterprises have begun to use advanced and scientific enterprise management methods to improve the competitive strength of enterprises, so that the enterprises have made great changes.The rapid development of .5S management in many enterprises has been staying in the oral management, some enterprises have introduced this management method, but the achievements are not significant.In the process of implementation, many enterprises can not adhere to the final, forming a "head and tail" end.How to implement and promote 5 S management is a research topic facing enterprises.With the competition of market incentive and the entry of WTO, the external environment and internal development of the company need to improve the management level.Starting with 5s management, it is an entry point to improve its management level. By introducing 5S management, carrying out and carrying out on-site management activities internally, the on-site management of enterprises has been improved to a certain extent, and the safety accidents of enterprises have declined.However, due to the economic transformation, system reform, structural adjustment, and the impact of enterprise restructuring, NX Petrochemical has a lot of difficulties and problems in management.This paper points out the present situation of NX petrochemical site management, analyzes the existing problems and causes of NX petrochemical site management, and explores the ways suitable for NX petrochemical site management, which can enrich and develop the NX petrochemical site management theory.It is of great theoretical significance to guide NX Petrochemical Company to solve the contradiction between enterprise development and management, and to perfect NX petrochemical site management.Based on the analysis of 5S site management cases in NX Petrochemical Company during the past 5 years, some problems are analyzed. Therefore, the experiences and lessons of 5S site management in NX Petrochemical Company are summarized from typical cases.It is helpful to improve the site management of NX Petrochemical 5S.At the same time, it also hopes to provide reference for the improvement and development of 5S site management in areas with similar economic level, and it is very important to help enterprises carry out 5S management activities smoothly.
