中原经济区背景下服装产业集群技术创新系统研究

【摘要】：建设中原经济区，是我国重要的经济战略，随着国家中部崛起战略的实施，河南省迎来了难得的发展机遇。在中原经济区背景下，河南做为中原经济区发展的中心，以得天独厚的区位优势和丰富的产业资源，成为了服装业发展的首选之地，因此选择河南服装产业集群进行实证分析具有较大的现实意义。本文以河南服装产业集群及其技术创新的现状为出发点，对集群创新环境和技术创新的现状进行深入分析后，，构建了集群创新环境指标体系和技术创新能力指标体系。然后分析集群创新环境对技术创新的作用机制，研究技术创新能力的提升机理，最后提出河南服装产业集群提升技术创新能力的对策和途径。本文紧密结合当前经济发展形势以及区域差异和行业特色，把集群创新环境指标体系和技术创新能力指标体系细化拓展至多个三级指标，力求研究结果的准确性和全面性。本文研究表明：河南服装产业集群技术创新水平有限，在国内纺织服装行业中还没有主导竞争优势；集群产业链比较完善，供应商与辅助行业水平具有一定竞争优势，但品牌效应有待进一步提高；集群内企业对科研与人力资本的投入不够重视，企业间的合作与分工质量不高，使得服装产业难以攀登价值链高端。因此，政府应配套相应的政策法规加以引导，引导和支持产业集群区域建立研发中心、技术服务中心等组织机构；集群内部要正确处理合作与竞争，增强产业集群效应，提高企业品牌价值；还应建立人才培训机制，提升人力资源效用，努力在国际市场中创建自主品牌。本文的研究结果对相关政府部门和河南服装产业有所启示和参考价值，也对中原经济区内的其它产业有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone is an important economic strategy in China. With the implementation of the strategy of the rise of central China, Henan Province ushered in a rare opportunity for development.Under the background of the Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan, as the center of the development of the Central Plains Economic Zone, with its unique location advantage and abundant industrial resources, has become the first choice for the development of the clothing industry.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to choose Henan clothing industry cluster for empirical analysis.Based on the current situation of Henan clothing industry cluster and its technological innovation, this paper analyzes the innovation environment and technological innovation of the cluster, and constructs the index system of the cluster innovation environment and the capability of technological innovation.Then it analyzes the function mechanism of cluster innovation environment to technological innovation, studies the mechanism of technological innovation ability promotion, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and approaches of Henan clothing industry cluster to enhance technological innovation ability.This paper closely combines the current economic development situation, regional differences and industry characteristics, extends the cluster innovation environment index system and the technology innovation ability index system to several three level indexes, and strives for the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the research results.The research shows that the technological innovation level of Henan clothing industry cluster is limited and there is no dominant competitive advantage in domestic textile and garment industry, the cluster industry chain is relatively perfect, and the level of supplier and auxiliary industry has certain competitive advantage.However, the brand effect needs to be further improved; the enterprises in the cluster do not pay enough attention to the investment in scientific research and human capital, and the quality of cooperation and division of labor among enterprises is not high, which makes it difficult for the clothing industry to climb the high end of the value chain.Therefore, the government should guide the corresponding policies and regulations to guide and support the establishment of research and development centers, technical service centers and other organizations in industrial clusters, and correctly handle cooperation and competition within clusters to enhance the effect of industrial clusters.It is also necessary to establish a talent training mechanism, enhance the utility of human resources, and strive to create independent brands in the international market.The research results of this paper have some enlightenment and reference value to relevant government departments and Henan clothing industry, and also have certain reference significance to other industries in Central Plains Economic Zone.
