太钢国贸公司ERP优化项目实施研究

【摘要】:太钢国贸公司作为大型钢铁生产企业的国际贸易公司,历史上仅作为钢铁主业的相关进出口贸易平台,,该贸易平台具备国家给予的相应的资质,供应商和客户相对固定并稳定。但随着全球经济的快速发展,类似的国际贸易公司在集团公司的整体战略中大都进行了角色的重新定位,承担更多的社会贸易职能,业务覆盖范围也从单纯的钢铁主业相关产品向更大更庞杂的范围扩展,面对更多的客户和供应商,面对更多的更难以预料的经营管理风险。 所以对于太钢国贸公司而言,如何迅速提高自身的经营管理能力,加强自身的经营风险规避能力,提升在逾发激烈的市场竞争中的核心竞争力就变得尤为重要。所以完全有必要建设并完善信息化系统,通过业务集成消除信息孤岛,通过数据管理提升决策能力。 那么ERP系统优化升级作为一个项目,如何可以保证在计划的时间内,在可控的成本范围内达到期望的效果呢?项目管理作为最受组织推崇的工具(Clifford Gray,2002),本文旨在通过项目管理的理论知识梳理国际贸易公司ERP优化实施项目,以科学的方法和视角认真分析ERP优化项目的需求、目标,并通过严谨的项目管理方法保证ERP优化项目在进度、质量、成本上的全面受控。 本文以ERP系统知识和项目管理理论为依据,以提升钢铁贸易企业管理水平为目标,以项目管理的思路对太钢国贸公司的管理信息化现状进行了深入地剖析,分析了国贸公司在前期信息化过程中存在的问题,提出了国贸公司ERP信息化优化项目建设方案和管理模式,也对太钢国贸公司以后管理模式的多样化提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:As an international trading company of large iron and steel production enterprises, TISCO has only served as a related import and export trading platform for the main steel industry in history. The trading platform has the corresponding qualification given by the state, and the suppliers and customers are relatively fixed and stable.However, with the rapid development of the global economy, similar international trading companies have mostly repositioned their roles in the overall strategy of the group companies, taking on more social and trade functions.The scope of business is also expanded from simple steel industry related products to larger and more complex scope, facing more customers and suppliers, more and more unpredictable management risks.So for TISCO International Trade Company, how to quickly improve their management ability, strengthen their ability to avoid business risks, enhance the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition has become particularly important.Therefore, it is necessary to build and perfect the information system, eliminate the information island through business integration, and improve the decision-making ability through data management.So, as a project, how can ERP system optimization upgrade achieve the desired results within the planned time and within the controllable cost range?Project management is regarded as the most popular tool by organizations. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the requirements and objectives of ERP optimization projects in international trading companies through the theoretical knowledge of project management, and to analyze the requirements and objectives of ERP optimization projects from a scientific approach and perspective.And through rigorous project management methods to ensure that ERP optimization project schedule, quality, cost is fully controlled.Based on the knowledge of ERP system and the theory of project management, with the aim of improving the management level of iron and steel trade enterprises, this paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of management informatization of TISCO International Trade Company with the idea of project management.This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the process of early information of ITC, puts forward the project construction scheme and management mode of ERP information optimization of ITC, and provides a new way of thinking for the diversification of the management mode of TISCO in the future.
