深圳山寨电子产品与电子科技企业集群研究

【摘要】：二十一世纪以来，中小型电子科技企业如雨后春笋般出现在深圳，并逐渐形成电子科技企业集群，如今深圳已成为中国最大的山寨电子产品生产及贸易流通集散地。深圳电子科技企业集群与现有各类企业集群具有网络式生产组织形态的共性，又有所生产的山寨电子产品身份不明确、产品更新速度极快的特殊性。目前理论界、实际经济工作者对深圳电子科技企业集群、山寨电子产品褒贬不一，山寨电子产品也没有明确的定义，因此，对这一经济热点进行系统性分析，无疑具有重要理论与实践意义。本文基于对深圳生产山寨电子产品的企业集群深入调研，梳理山寨电子产品的生产和销售情况，揭示该企业集群的形成与发展过程，分析其存在的条件、面临的问题和发展前景，为政府相关政策制定提供依据。本文的研究围绕三个层面展开，首先从界定山寨电子产品的定义及分类出发，采用“生产模式---产品类型---需求市场”分析框架，实证剖析深圳山寨电子产品生产－贸易过程。其次，提示深圳电子科技企业集群的形成与发展过程，参考企业集群的相关理论分析，通过对各类企业集群形成与发展条件进行比较研究，抽象出深圳电子科技企业集群形成与发展的各种特殊性，并分析其面临的问题与发展前景。最后，以深圳电子科技企业集群中的方案商垂直一体化现象为切入点，，基于斯密与杨格的市场与分工理论和企业集群发展理论，对企业集群中企业分工与市场共同演进展开理论性思考，从理论分析上得出较一般性的结论，并再次从市场演变的角度解释深圳电子科技企业集群主流生产模式的变迁过程。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, small and medium-sized electronic technology enterprises have sprung up in Shenzhen, and gradually formed the cluster of electronic technology enterprises. Now Shenzhen has become the largest distribution center for the production and trade of fake electronic products in China.Shenzhen electronic science and technology enterprise cluster and all kinds of existing enterprise clusters have the commonness of network production organization form, and the identity of shanzhai electronic products is not clear, and the speed of product renewal is very fast.Undoubtedly, it has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the in-depth investigation of the enterprise cluster that produces Shanzhai electronic products in Shenzhen, this paper combs the production and sale of Shanzhai electronic products, reveals the formation and development process of the enterprise cluster, and analyzes the conditions for its existence.Facing the problems and development prospects, for the government to provide a basis for the formulation of relevant policies.This paper focuses on three aspects: firstly, starting from the definition and classification of shanzhai electronic products, using the analytical framework of "production mode-product type---demand market", this paper empirically analyzes the production-trade process of shanzhai electronic products in ShenzhenSecondly, it points out that the formation and development process of Shenzhen electronic technology enterprise cluster, referring to the relevant theoretical analysis of enterprise cluster, makes a comparative study on the formation and development conditions of various enterprise clusters.This paper abstracts the particularity of the formation and development of Shenzhen Electronic Science and Technology Enterprise Cluster, and analyzes its problems and development prospects.Finally, based on Smith and Yang GE's theory of market and division of labor and the theory of enterprise cluster development, taking the vertical integration of project quotient in Shenzhen electronic science and technology enterprise cluster as the breakthrough point,Based on the theoretical analysis of the division of labor and the common evolution of the market in the enterprise cluster, this paper draws a general conclusion, and explains the changing process of the mainstream production mode of Shenzhen electronic science and technology enterprise cluster from the point of view of market evolution.
