XC公司员工职业生涯管理研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和合作程度的提高,市场竞争由物质资源向人力资源竞争转变的程度越来越高,职业生涯规划与管理作为现代人力资源开发的一种专业工具被广为运用,已被越来越多的管理者所重视。在XC公司中,其现有的职业生涯管理不仅没有有效的调动员工的工作积极性,而且已经成为员工离职的一个重要原因,与未来公司发展战略背道而驰。所以,公司迫切需要对现有的职业生涯管理工作进行完善与改进,以提升公司内部的人力资源管理水平和企业核心竞争力。 本文本着理论联系实际、定性和定量相结合的原则,运用问卷调查法、文献研究法以及访谈法等,通过对XC公司员工职业生涯管理状况的调查,以及对相关数据进行汇总分析,找出公司职业生涯管理中存在的问题,并对问题进行汇总分析、讨论、验证,找出问题的原因,进而提出相应的解决措施。 本文首先从职业生涯管理的有关概念及相关理论入手,对职业生涯规划管理的概念及意义进行分析,说明员工个人职业发展与企业发展息息相关。其次,介绍XC公司的基本情况,分析该公司人力资源管理中存在的问题,,重点指出职业生涯管理方面的优点及存在的不足。再次,针对XC公司职业生涯规划与管理中存在的问题,运用职业生涯管理理论,提出XC公司员工职业生涯管理改进思路,并制定出相关策略,重点突出公司从战略高度上重视员工职业生涯管理,将职业生涯管理工作作为一个系统工程拿到人力资源战略工作上来做。最后,通过组织、制度、文化体系等多方面来保障新的职业生涯管理措施在XC公司能顺利有效的实施。 本文将职业生涯管理的理念引入XC公司,从而完善和提高其职业生涯管理水平。如果此方案实施有效,同时也希望本文能为此类企业进一步增强管理水平提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the increasing degree of cooperation, market competition changes from material resources to human resources competition more and more, occupation career planning and management as a major tool of modern human resource development has been widely used, has been more and more managers' attention. In XC company, the existing the occupation career management does not work effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, but also has become an important reason of employee turnover, and the Future Ltd development strategy. So the urgent need to draw further apart, the company of the occupation career management work of the improvement and improvement to enhance the company's internal management level of human resources and the core competitiveness of enterprises.
This text with the theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative principles, using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature research method and interview method, through the investigation of employee occupation career management status of XC company, and the related data were collected and analyzed, find out the existing problems in the company occupation career management, and the problems were analyzed discussion, verification, find out the cause of the problem, and then put forward the corresponding measures.
This paper from the occupation career management related concepts and related theories, the concept and significance of occupation career planning and management were analyzed, that individual occupation development and enterprise development. Secondly, introduce the basic situation of XC company, analyzes the existing human resource management problems in the company, and points out the advantages of occupation career management and shortcomings. Again, in view of the existing planning and management of XC company in the occupation career, the occupation career management theory, put forward XC company employee occupation career management ideas to improve, and develop relevant strategies, highlighting the company attaches importance to employee occupation career management from a strategic height, the occupation career management work as a get the system engineering of human resources strategy work. Finally, through the organization, system, culture system and other aspects to ensure the new occupation career The management measures can be implemented smoothly and effectively in XC company.
This paper introduces the concept of career management into XC company, so as to improve and improve its career management level. If this plan is effective, it also hopes that this paper can provide reference for further enhancing management level of such enterprises.
