汽车制造业逆向物流模式选择研究

【摘要】:全球经济的迅猛发展给我国的汽车行业带来了蓬勃发展的时机,使得汽车行业正向物流有了较好的发展,然而随着汽车保有量的逐年增加,与之俱来的环境和资源问题成了其发展中的阻碍因素,尤其是近几年我国颁布的一系列汽车召回相关法规,使得汽车行业竞争压力越来越大,企业不得不加快进入逆向物流的步伐。通过实施逆向物流,企业不仅能履行环境保护责任,同时通过废旧物品的回收利用,能降低企业的生产成本,增加客户满意度,提升企业形象。 首先,本文总结了汽车制造业逆向物流的分类和特点。在此基础之上,对汽车制造业逆向物流三种运作模式(自营模式、联合模式和外包模式)分别从形成机理、优缺点角度进行了深入的比较分析,得出其相应的适用范围。由于汽车制造业逆向物流的复杂性,使得决策者在进行模式选择时要考虑到方方面面的因素,这给决策者带来了一定的困难。而目前已有的文献只是片面的给出某几个方面的影响因素,并没有深入的细化各个指标,相应的案例分析也很少见。鉴于此,本文考虑到平衡计分卡思想考察维度比较全面的优点,能使综合评价结果具备较高的可靠性,对其进行进一步的完善和改进,在原有的四个维度之上加入企业自身因素和外部环境两个维度,构建了一个比较全面有效的指标体系。考虑到指标之间的相互影响关系,运用网络分析法(ANP)和超级决策(SD)软件进行决策模型的构建和求解。最后,通过运用神龙汽车公司的相关资料对模型进行实例分析,并针对该汽车公司提出相应的逆向物流实施意见,对汽车制造企业逆向物流运作模式选择具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the automobile industry in our country has had the opportunity of vigorous development, which has made the automobile industry have a better development towards logistics. However, with the increase of the number of vehicles, the number of vehicles has increased year by year.The environmental and resource problems have become the obstacle factors in its development, especially a series of related laws and regulations issued by China in recent years, which make the competition pressure of automobile industry more and more intense.Enterprises have to speed up the pace of entering reverse logistics.By implementing reverse logistics, the enterprise can not only fulfill the responsibility of environmental protection, but also reduce the production cost, increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the image of the enterprise through the recycling of waste goods.Firstly, this paper summarizes the classification and characteristics of reverse logistics in automobile manufacturing industry.On this basis, three operation modes of reverse logistics in automobile industry (self-support mode, joint mode and outsourcing mode) are compared and analyzed from the angle of forming mechanism, advantages and disadvantages respectively, and the corresponding applicable scope is obtained.Because of the complexity of reverse logistics in automobile manufacturing industry, decision makers have to take into account all kinds of factors in mode selection, which brings some difficulties to decision makers.But the existing literature is only one-sided to give a few aspects of the impact factors, and did not further refine the various indicators, the corresponding case study is also very rare.In view of this, this paper considers the advantages of the balanced Scorecard, which can make the comprehensive evaluation result have higher reliability, and further improve and improve it.In addition to the original four dimensions, this paper adds two dimensions of enterprise's own factors and external environment, and constructs a more comprehensive and effective index system.Considering the interaction between indicators, the decision model is constructed and solved by network analysis method (ANPs) and super decision making (SDD) software.Finally, the model is analyzed by using the relevant data of DPCA Automobile Company, and the corresponding suggestions on reverse logistics implementation are put forward.It has certain theoretical significance and reference value for the choice of reverse logistics operation mode in automobile manufacturing enterprises.
