【摘要】:新的历史时期,我国施工企业迎来了前所未有的历史发展机遇,同时也面临着竞争日益激烈的挑战,如何开发市场是施工企业面临的重大难题。运用学习的各种战略理论工具和分析方法,全过程研究并梳理建筑公司市场发展战略。一方面尝试进一步明确核心资源及其属性,探讨基于核心资源的市场发展战略制定方法,丰富理论体系;另一方面分析国内建筑行业与市场状况,结合廉溪建筑公司的实践,依据企业战略的基本理论和分析方法,制定了廉溪建筑公司的战略发展目标,根据这一目标制定了战略实施的具体措施,以此保证廉溪建筑公司战略目标的最终实现。通过市场开发策略的研究,确定施工企业的战略方向,寻找适合企业自身发展的经营策略,,在市场开发实践中选用简捷而实用的投标方法,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文的研究主要提出了本文研究的背景及其选题的意义、研究的内容、方法和技术路线,对相关的理论基础和文献进行了回顾。对廉溪建筑公司发展概况做了介绍,分析了公司发展的内外部环境,比较详细分析了廉溪建筑公司市场开发的优劣势。论述了廉溪建筑公司市场开发的战略目标和总体思路,重点指出了公司市场开发策略的重点。从实施的途径上主要有:完善公司管理团队体系,优化绩效考评体系以及加强人力资源管理。 本论文的分析方法主要为从理论到实证、从一般到特殊的分析过程,最后通过案例来研究分析基于核心资源的建筑市场发展战略制定。根据对廉溪建筑公司的优劣势分析,总体战略目标是:紧紧把握国家中部崛起以及新农村建设的机遇,以国家为“三农”服务的契机,建立一个资本营运和管理控制型的企业,拓展相关经营,有长期战略业务合作伙伴,有相对稳定的实体专业施工队伍和供应商作为保证,最终成为邵阳本地以及全省、全国知名品牌的建筑工程施工企业。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period, the construction enterprises of our country welcome the unprecedented historical development opportunity, but also face the increasingly fierce competition challenge, how to develop the market is a major problem facing the construction enterprises.Using various strategic theoretical tools and analytical methods, the whole process of research and combing the construction company market development strategy.On the one hand, it attempts to further clarify core resources and their attributes, and probes into the methods of formulating market development strategies based on core resources to enrich the theoretical system; on the other hand, it analyzes the domestic construction industry and market situation, and combines the practice of Lianxi Construction Company.According to the basic theory and analysis method of the enterprise strategy, the strategic development goal of Lianxi Construction Company is formulated, and the concrete measures of implementing the strategy are made according to this goal, so as to ensure the final realization of the strategic goal of Lianxi Construction Company.Through the research of market development strategy, it is very important to determine the strategic direction of the construction enterprise, to find the management strategy suitable for the enterprise's own development, and to choose the simple and practical bidding method in the market development practice.In this paper, the background of the research and the significance of the topic, the content, method and technical route of the research are put forward, and the relevant theoretical basis and literature are reviewed.This paper introduces the development of Lianxi Construction Company, analyzes the internal and external environment of the company's development, and analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of the market development of Lianxi Construction Company.This paper discusses the strategic objectives and general ideas of the market development of Lianxi Construction Company, and points out the key points of the company's market development strategy.The main ways of implementation are to perfect the management team system, optimize the performance appraisal system and strengthen the human resource management.The analysis method of this paper is mainly from theory to demonstration, from general to special analysis process. Finally, through the case study to analyze the construction market development strategy based on core resources.According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Lianxi Construction Company, the overall strategic goal is to firmly grasp the opportunities of the rise of the central part of the country and the construction of new rural areas, and to set up a capital-operating and management-controlled enterprise by taking the state as the opportunity to serve the "three rural areas".Expanding related management, there are long-term strategic business partners, a relatively stable entity professional construction team and suppliers as a guarantee, and eventually become Shaoyang local and provincial, national well-known brand construction construction enterprises.
