面向煤炭交易中心的企业信用建设研究

【摘要】:随着互联网(Internet)技术在全球的迅猛发展,电子商务作为一种新型的交易方式,为企业、消费者和政府提供了一种网络经济环境,人们不再受地域、空间的限制,能够以快捷的方式完成繁杂的商务活动。21世纪电子商务成为主要的经济贸易方式之一,正在给我国和世界经济增长带来巨大变革。根据目前的市场形势,煤炭企业也要突破传统的营销模式,大力开展电子商务,以提高煤炭企业的竞争力和服务水平,实现煤炭企业的可持续发展。 信用管理就是提供信用的一方利用管理学的方法来解决信用交易中存在的风险问题。其主要职能包括识别风险、评估风险、分析风险,并在此基础上有效地控制风险,并用经济、合理的方法综合性地处理风险。B2B电子商务信用管理是一种资信管理,对企业之间在进行网上交易时进行管理,从交易过程各环节的信用风险出发,重点对交易的事前、事中和事后进行全方位管理,以来规范化、制度化地处理各项业务活动。 本文以电子商务中的信用管理为入口,立足大宗商品交易市场之一的煤炭交易市场,通过对东北亚煤炭交易中心(可简称为交易中心)的价值体系、组织模式设置和信息化管理等进行全面分析研究,对信用管理在煤炭企业开展电子商务交易中的重要性进行论述,同时对煤炭企业建设电子商务信用管理体系提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet (Internet) technology in the world, e-commerce, as a new type of transaction, provides a network economic environment for enterprises, consumers and the government, people are no longer restricted by region, space, and can complete the complex business activities in a fast way,.21 century e-commerce becomes the main economic trade. One of the easy ways is bringing great changes to the economic growth of our country and the world. According to the current market situation, the coal enterprises should break through the traditional marketing mode and vigorously carry out electronic commerce in order to improve the competitiveness and service level of coal enterprises and realize the sustainable development of coal enterprises.
Credit management means that one party providing credit uses management methods to solve the risk problems in the credit transaction. Its main functions include identifying risk, assessing risk, analyzing risk, controlling risk effectively on this basis, and dealing with risk.B2B e-commerce credit management comprehensively and comprehensively with economic and reasonable methods. Credit management, management of business between enterprises in the process of online transactions, from the credit risk of the various links of the transaction process, focus on the pre transaction, matter and after the overall management, since the standardization, institutionalized handling of various business activities.
This paper, based on the credit management in e-commerce, is based on the coal trading market, which is one of the commodity trading markets. Through the comprehensive analysis of the value system of the Northeast Asia Coal Trade Center (for short as the trading center), the organization pattern setting and the information management, the credit management is carried out in the coal enterprise by the electronic commerce. The importance of the transaction is discussed, and some suggestions on the construction of the credit management system for the coal enterprises are put forward.
