GN公司在新能源环境下的战略管理研究

【摘要】:随着国内能源问题的日益突出,“节能环保”已经成为了关系国民经济的长远发展的重要议题。国家于近年来相继出台各项政策以促进节能减排事业和服务领域的发展,节能服务企业开始大量涌现并迅速成长,但却面临着各种瓶颈和障碍,因此有必要对国内成功运营的企业案例进行分析,提出一套适合于当前能源环境下的节能服务企业战略模式。 GN公司为一家以能源服务为宗旨的节能服务公司,作为一个新兴产业,GN公司在快速发展的同时也面临着一些瓶颈:比如商业模式不稳定、市场方向局限等。本文通过对GN公司的业务组合、资源配置、竞争优势等进行分析,确认了GN公司战略管理的关键战略要素;利用PEST分析法对GN公司的外部环境进行分析,指出了当前GN公司正处于国内政策鼓励,市场需求空间巨大、技术成熟的大好机遇下,同时面临了国外企业进入该领域的挑战;通过对国内外同类企业的比较和探讨,竞争态势矩阵CPM对竞争对手的特点进行总结和分析;得出GN公司相较于竞争对手而言,独特的运营机制和先天的二次能源价格是其最大的优势,但核心竞争力的缺乏和市场的局限性仍旧是其劣势之所在;本文还利用了IFE内部因素评价法对GN公司的内部结构及管理模式等进行了一系列评价,对GN公司的整体运营持肯定态度;本文利用BCG波士顿矩阵对GN公司的业务组合进行了详尽的分析,将各业务内容进行了明确的划分,并针对不同类型的业务提出不同的战略建议;最后,综合了外部条件、内部因素、业务组合分析、国内外竞争对手的比较等内容,利用SWOT分析法,提出了针对GN公司的战略管理建议,指出在目前的能源环境下GN公司应当采取扩张型战略,即在市场还不成熟的条件尽快抢占国内节能市场,,同时培养自身的核心竞争力。本文的研究结果也同时为国内同类型中小型节能服务企业提供了重要的参考,具有一定的实用价值和社会意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly prominent domestic energy problems, "energy conservation and environmental protection" has become an important issue for the long-term development of the national economy. In recent years, the state has issued various policies to promote the development of energy saving and emission reduction and service areas. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the cases of successful operation in China, and put forward a set of strategic models suitable for the energy conservation service enterprises under the current energy environment.
GN company is an energy saving service company with energy service as its purpose. As a new industry, GN company also faces some bottlenecks at the same time of rapid development. For example, the business model is unstable and the market direction is limited. This article has analyzed the GN company's business combination, resource allocation, competitive advantage and so on, confirmed the battle of the GN company. Based on the analysis of the key strategic elements of the management, the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of GN company. It is pointed out that the current GN company is at home in the domestic policy encouragement, the market demand space is huge, the technology is mature, and the foreign enterprises are confronted with the challenge of entering the field, and the comparison and exploration of the same enterprises at home and abroad are compared and explored. The competitive situation matrix CPM summarizes and analyzes the competitors' characteristics; it is concluded that the unique operating mechanism and the innate two energy prices are its greatest advantages compared with the competitors, but the lack of core competitiveness and the limitations of the market are still the disadvantage of GN companies, and the internal factors of IFE are also used in this paper. The evaluation method carries out a series of evaluation on the internal structure and management mode of GN company, and holds a positive attitude to the overall operation of GN company. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the business combination of the GN company by using the BCG Boston matrix, makes a clear division of the business contents, and puts forward different strategies for different types of business. In the end, the contents of external conditions, internal factors, business combination analysis and comparison of competitors at home and abroad are integrated, and the strategic management suggestions for GN companies are proposed by SWOT analysis. It is pointed out that in the current energy environment, GN companies should adopt an expanded strategy, that is, to seize the domestic festival as soon as the market is not mature. At the same time, the results of this paper also provide important reference for the same type of small and medium energy saving service enterprises in China, which has certain practical value and social significance.
