南都电源公司战略选择研究

【摘要】:经过十几年的发展,南都电源公司已经成为中国通信电源行业最具规模、最现代化、最有发展潜力的蓄电池生产企业之一。随着公司的发展,公司面临的内外部环境都发生了较大的改变。中国政府提出科学发展方针,客观上要求企业向低碳和环境友好型发展之路转移,为积极响应政府号召,公司将采用科学的方法进行管理,促使企业向低碳和环境友好型转变,为企业的长远发展打下良好基础。为了应对外部环境变化导致的威胁,市场发展提供的机会,以及充分发掘公司内部潜力,进而抓住进一步发展的机会,公司应该对发展战略做出选择和整体规划。因此,研究南都电源公司的战略选择问题具有一定的现实意义。 南都电源公司在行业中获得了较高的知名度,已经形成了相对成熟的企业文化和发展战略。但是公司的发展环境较以前已经发生了重大的变化,需要在战略上做出调整。本文首先运用PEST方法对公司发展的内外部环境进行了详细分析,得到如下结论:世界经济进入后金融危机时代,公司面临着很多不确定性;为解决气候变化带来的全球性影响,政府制定了产业结构调整和节能减排规划,对公司的主要业务铅蓄电池生产产生了严重的影响;然而南都电源公司在社会上具有较高的认可度;技术研发能力和潜力都较高。在PEST分析的基础上,本文再运用SWOT方法分析公司的SO战略、ST战略、WO战略和WT战略,并分析了每种战略的主要思想和注意事项。PEST方法和SWOT方法的结合为分析公司战略选择提供了较为科学的依据。在此基础之上,本文还对南都电源公司未来三年的战略发展做了全方位的规划,主要从短期的营销管理和投融资管理,中期的技术发展和人力资源管理,以及长期的管理创新和企业文化品牌建设等六个方面做了详细的规划。在全面规划的同时,注意了各部门在时间和空间上的关联性,更具科学性和合理性。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of development, Nandu Power supply Company has become one of the most large-scale, modern and potential battery manufacturers in China. With the development of the company, the internal and external environment has changed greatly. The Chinese government has put forward a scientific development policy, which objectively requires enterprises to shift to low-carbon and environment-friendly development paths. In order to respond positively to the government's call, the company will adopt scientific management methods to promote enterprises to shift to low-carbon and environment-friendly development. For the long-term development of enterprises lay a good foundation. In order to deal with the threat caused by the external environment, the opportunities provided by the market development, and to fully explore the internal potential of the company, and then seize the opportunity for further development, the company should make the choice and overall planning of the development strategy. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the strategic choice of Nandu Power supply Company. Nandu Power supply Company has gained high reputation in the industry and has formed a relatively mature corporate culture and development strategy. But the company's development environment has undergone significant changes than before, the need to make strategic adjustments. In this paper, PEST method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the development of the company in detail, and the following conclusions are drawn: the world economy enters the post-financial crisis era, the company faces a lot of uncertainties, and to solve the global impact of climate change, The government has formulated industrial structure adjustment and energy saving and emission reduction plan, which has a serious impact on the main business of the company, lead-acid battery production. However, Nandu Power supply Company has a high recognition in society, and has high R & D capability and potential. On the basis of PEST analysis, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the so strategy, St strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy of the company. The paper also analyzes the main ideas of each strategy and the combination of the method of .PEST and the method of SWOT, which provides a scientific basis for the analysis of the company's strategic choice. On this basis, this paper also makes a comprehensive plan for the strategic development of Nandu Power supply Company in the next three years, mainly from short-term marketing management and investment and financing management, medium-term technology development and human resources management. And long-term management innovation and corporate culture brand building six aspects of detailed planning. At the same time, attention is paid to the relationship between time and space, which is more scientific and reasonable.
