【摘要】:经济在腾飞,全球化在不断发展,实力强大的国外企业直接与本土企业进行竞争。发展离不开供应链管理等先进的管理理念的实施,为增强企业竞争力,发挥供应链管理的优势,对企业供应链管理进行优化研究就很有意义。 由于行业特点和发展问题,相对传统制造业来说,我国建筑业供应链管理发展落后,还存在不少问题,如,观念落后、供应链管理执行不到位、供应链监控不到位等等,供应链管理整体水平不高,运行效率低下。本文以此为着眼点,运用理论结合实际、定量与定性相结合的方法对我国建筑供应链管理优化进行研究。目前,我国的建筑项目管理模式较多,总承包模式运用得最普遍,因此,本文选定总承包模式下的建筑供应链管理进行研究。 本文首先分析了建筑行业的背景和相关的基础理论知识,对我国建筑业供应链管理现状进行了研究和评价,系统全面的分析了我国建筑供应链管理的现状和存在的问题,运用约束理论的迷雾法对我国建筑业供应链管理的约束因子进行分析,最终认定评价体系不科学、供应链成员关系不良等是建筑供应链管理的瓶颈。评价体系不科学将导致的供应链运行监控不足、缺乏供应链意识导向的激励和评价、不能较科学客观评价不同的供应链成员的不同贡献等一系列问题。另外,设计了基于TOC的我国建筑供应链绩效评价模型,通过设置定性和定量的目标、联系整体利益与供应链成员的个体利益,以前既能比较好的考察建筑供应链管理情况,也能将供应链成员的决策起点由单个企业引导到供应链整体上来。在这过程中,,运用到了TOC理论的CRT和FRT图等工具,在指标数据的整理处,运用到了定量分析的方法。整个流程为:以激发方案突破口,运用供应链管理理论、TOC等理论和工具,在集成供应链管理思想的指导下,建立以战略联盟为基础,以IT技术为支柱,以文化机制、信任机制、合理的利益分配机制为保障的优化模式。 论文对我国的建筑业企业从供应链管理的角度进行研究,为我国建筑总承包企业进行供应链管理提供理论上的支持。期望本文能够为企业在加强建筑供应链管理的性能、增强企业竞争力等方面贡献微薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and globalization, the powerful foreign enterprises directly compete with the local enterprises. Development is inseparable from the implementation of advanced management concepts such as supply chain management. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and give full play to the advantages of supply chain management, it is of great significance to optimize the enterprise supply chain management. Because of industry characteristics and development problems, compared with the traditional manufacturing industry, the development of supply chain management in China's construction industry is backward, there are still many problems, such as backward concept, inadequate implementation of supply chain management, inadequate supply chain monitoring and so on. The overall level of supply chain management is not high and the operation efficiency is low. This paper studies the optimization of construction supply chain management in our country by combining theory with practice, quantitative and qualitative analysis. At present, there are many construction project management modes in our country, and the general contracting mode is most widely used. Therefore, this paper chooses the construction supply chain management under the general contracting mode to carry on the research. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the construction industry and related basic theoretical knowledge, studies and evaluates the current situation of supply chain management in China's construction industry, and systematically and comprehensively analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction supply chain management in China. This paper analyzes the constraint factors of supply chain management in construction industry by using the fog method of constraint theory, and finally concludes that the unscientific evaluation system and poor supply chain membership are the bottlenecks of construction supply chain management. Unscientific evaluation system will lead to insufficient monitoring of supply chain operation, lack of supply chain consciousness oriented incentive and evaluation, can not scientifically and objectively evaluate the different contributions of different supply chain members, and so on. In addition, the performance evaluation model of Chinese construction supply chain based on TOC is designed. By setting qualitative and quantitative objectives, connecting the overall interests with the individual interests of the members of the supply chain, we can better investigate the construction supply chain management in the past. It can also guide the decision-making starting point of supply chain members from a single enterprise to the supply chain as a whole. In this process, the CRT and FRT diagrams of TOC theory are used, and the quantitative analysis method is applied to the collation of the index data. The whole process is as follows: to stimulate the project breakthrough, to use the theory of supply chain management and other theories and tools, under the guidance of integrated supply chain management, to establish strategic alliance as the foundation, IT technology as the pillar, cultural mechanism, trust mechanism, etc. The reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is the guarantee optimization mode. This paper studies the supply chain management of construction enterprises in our country, and provides theoretical support for the supply chain management of construction general contracting enterprises in our country. It is expected that this paper can contribute to the performance of construction supply chain management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
