同煤集团塔山煤矿企业信息化建设项目研究

【摘要】:大型煤矿企业信息化建设是在理解企业发展战略和评估企业信息化现状的基础上,结合煤炭行业信息化方面的实践和对最新信息技术发展情况的认识,逐步推进和完善。从而,系统全面地指导企业生产,满足企业可持续发展和科学发展的需要。 随着信息技术的飞速发展,通过借鉴国内外企业信息化建设经验,国内大型煤企一方面要按照煤矿高效安全生产及提高现代化管理水平的需要加快推进企业煤矿信息化建设,另一方面,要结合煤矿自身条件循序渐进分阶段有序推进煤矿企业信息化建设。 煤矿企业信息化建设的逐步推进可以大幅度提高煤矿开采的机械化程度,结合现代信息技术,有效提高生产过程的智能化,降低井下作业人员劳动强度,提高矿井生产效率。通过信息化建设保证企业生产更加安全、更加高效,企业管理更加科学、更加合理,企业形象更加现代、更具代表,员工素质更加全面、更加高能。 本论文尝试进行了现代大型煤矿企业信息化建设以及山西同煤集团塔山煤矿信息化建设的应用研究,力图通过从煤矿信息化建设评估到整体规划,再到具体实施,进行信息化建设的全流程梳理,用数字化、信息化、流程化实现流程再造,提升煤矿现代化管理水平。 论文以同煤塔山煤矿信息化建设为例,一方面通过该矿信息化建设过程的研究,力求抛砖引玉,完善现代大型煤矿企业信息化建设流程和建设模式,另一个方面文中研究讨论的具体信息化系统,对煤矿自动化作业、信息资源整合、业务模式创新以及科学决策方面都具有重要的现实意义。 在研究同煤塔山煤矿信息化建设的过程中,选择了信息化建设中具有代表性的几个重点模块,对其设计研究进行了阐述。文中具体研究了综合自动化监控系统、信息链路层网络系统、信息管理及决策支持层MES信息系统、终端层三维地理信息系统等四个先进的具体代表性的系统。 煤矿信息化建设是一项庞大的系统工程,需要谋划长远、整体规划,要求不懈创新,与时俱进,通过科学管理和技术保障,,实现企业安全发展、科学发展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of understanding the enterprise development strategy and evaluating the present situation of enterprise informatization, the information construction of large coal mine enterprise is promoted and perfected step by step, combining with the practice of information technology in coal industry and the understanding of the latest information technology development. As a result, the production of enterprises is guided systematically to meet the needs of sustainable and scientific development of enterprises. With the rapid development of information technology, by drawing lessons from the experience of enterprise informatization construction at home and abroad, domestic large coal enterprises should, on the one hand, speed up the construction of enterprise coal mine informatization according to the needs of efficient and safe production of coal mines and improving the level of modern management. On the other hand, it is necessary to promote the information construction of coal mining enterprises step by step and in an orderly manner in combination with the conditions of coal mine itself. The gradual promotion of information construction in coal mining enterprises can greatly improve the mechanization of coal mining, combine with modern information technology, effectively improve the intelligentization of production process, reduce the labor intensity of underground operators, and improve the efficiency of mine production. Through the information construction, the enterprise production is more safe and efficient, the enterprise management is more scientific and reasonable, the enterprise image is more modern, more representative, the staff quality is more comprehensive and energetic. This paper attempts to carry on the modern large-scale coal mine enterprise informationization construction as well as Shanxi Tong Coal Group Tashan coal mine information construction application research, tries hard from the coal mine information construction appraisal to the overall plan, then to the concrete implementation. The whole process of information construction is combed, and the process reengineering is realized by digitization, informationization and flowsheet, so as to improve the level of modern management of coal mine. This paper takes the information construction of Tongmeitashan coal mine as an example. On the one hand, through the study of the process of the information construction of the mine, it tries its best to draw on the jade and perfect the information construction process and construction mode of the modern large-scale coal mine enterprises. On the other hand, the specific information system discussed in this paper is of great practical significance to the automation of coal mine, the integration of information resources, the innovation of business model and the scientific decision. In the course of studying the informatization construction of Tongmeitashan Coal Mine, several representative key modules in the informatization construction are selected, and its design and research are expounded. In this paper, four advanced representative systems, such as integrated automation monitoring system, information link layer network system, information management and decision support layer MES information system, terminal layer 3D geographic information system, are studied in detail. The information construction of coal mine is a huge systematic project, which needs to plan a long term, overall planning, unremitting innovation, keep pace with the times, realize the safe development and scientific development of the enterprise through scientific management and technical guarantee.
