成都建设区域药材商贸中心研究

【摘要】:区域药材商贸中心是在一定区域范围内以药材为贸易对象的单一商贸中心。成都有着悠久的药材贸易历史,历来是我国西部地区最大的中药材集散地。作为西部特大中心城市,成都拥有着良好的基础设施,并且有着强劲的吸收及辐射能力,,这些都为成都建设区域药材商贸中心提供了有力保障。 在此之前,我国对于药材贸易和商贸中心建设以分类研究为主,并且主要是针对中药产业具体发展情况来进行分析。本文首先研究了区域药材商贸中心的相关理论问题,然后从成都药材市场具体情况入手,通过对成都药材市场的自身优劣势和面临外部条件的分析,论证了成都建设区域药材商贸中心的有利与制约因素。构建区域药材商贸中心综合评价指标体系,采用因子分析的数量经济学方法,评价了成都建设区域药材商贸中心的综合竞争力,并认为同我国四大药材商贸中心相比,成都在城市发展和商贸基础建设方面显示出了很强的综合竞争力,这对于区域药材商贸中心的进一步建设是一种有力地支持。但成都在药材市场体系建设与政府扶持力度方面相对不足。 在对成都区域药材商贸中心主客观条件分析认识的基础上,结合不同国家、地区、城市与企业在不同维度的先进经验,本文将成都定位为辐射西部、面向全国、融入世界的区域药材商贸中心。它以完善药材商贸中心功能为重点,提升中心竞争力为核心,强化中心影响力与辐射力度为落脚点。按照市场化原则,完善建立以药材市场为重点、多种市场协调的多元化、多层次的市场体系;要加快药材信息平台建设、完善配套药材物流体系,使商贸中心基本结构健全、功能完善,推动区域药材商贸中心健康发展;着力引导中药产业结构升级,鼓励科研创新,逐步形成一批产品附加值高、具有市场影响力的企业,提升成都区域药材商贸中心竞争力;狠抓市场监管和服务,切实保障药材质量,重视品牌的培育,强化成都区域药材商贸中心的影响力和辐射力度。
[Abstract]:The regional medicinal trade center is a single trade center with medicinal materials as the object of trade in a certain area. Chengdu has a long history of trade in medicinal materials, and has always been the largest Chinese medicine and distribution center in Western China. As a megalopolis city in the west, Chengdu has a good infrastructure, and has strong absorption and radiation energy. All these provide a strong guarantee for the construction of regional medicinal materials and trade centers in Chengdu.
Before this, Chinese medicine trade and commercial center construction are mainly classified and studied mainly, and mainly to analyze the specific development of traditional Chinese medicine industry. This paper first studies the related theoretical problems of the regional medicine trade center, and then starts with the specific situation of the Chengdu medicinal market, through the self excellence of the Chengdu medicinal market. By analyzing the disadvantages and facing the external conditions, this paper demonstrates the favorable and restrictive factors for the construction of the regional medicinal trade center in Chengdu. The comprehensive evaluation index system of the regional medicinal commercial center is constructed and the quantitative economic method of factor analysis is used to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of the center in the construction of the regional medicinal materials and trade in Chengdu, and the four major medicinal materials in China are considered. Compared with the trade center, Chengdu has shown strong comprehensive competitiveness in urban development and commercial infrastructure construction, which is a strong support for the further construction of regional medicine and Trade Center. But Chengdu is relatively inadequate in the construction of the medicine market system and the support of the government.
On the basis of understanding the subjective and objective conditions of Chengdu regional medicine and Trade Center, combining the advanced experience of different countries, regions, cities and enterprises in different dimensions, this paper puts Chengdu as a regional medicine trade center that radiated the west, facing the whole country and integrating into the world. It is focused on improving the function of the trade center of medicinal materials and promoting the competition of the center. In accordance with the principle of marketization, we should improve the establishment of a diversified and multi-level market system based on the market principle, multi market coordination, and a multi-level market system. To speed up the construction of the information platform for medicinal materials, perfect the supporting material logistics system, make the basic structure of the Trade Center sound, function perfect and push. The healthy development of the regional medicinal trade center of the dynamic region; to promote the upgrading of the traditional Chinese medicine industry structure, encourage scientific research and innovation, gradually form a batch of enterprises with high value-added products and market influence, enhance the competitiveness of the Chengdu regional medicine and Trade Center, strengthen the market supervision and service, ensure the quality of the medicinal materials, pay attention to the cultivation of the brand, and strengthen the cultivation of the brand. The influence and radiation intensity of all regional herbal medicine business centers.
