GD稀土产业集团公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的复苏和发展,稀土资源作为重要的战略资源,其在各领域中的应用范围越来越广泛,,特别是在推动科技创新、促进产业优化升级等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。广东省是我国稀土矿产资源种类最齐全的省份之一,并以世界少有的离子型重稀土为主,且储量巨大。广东稀土产业经过几十年的发展,基本形成了比较完善的稀土工业体系,在稀土选矿、分离及冶炼技术等方面已达到国际先进水平,初步形成了具有一定区域特色的稀土产业群。 本文以GD稀土产业集团公司作为课题研究对象,首先对稀土产业发展战略研究的历史背景和现实意义进行了简单概括,系统阐述了论文研究过程中所应用的战略管理理论,借助企业战略管理理论中的PEST方法、波特五力模型、SWOT矩阵模型等分析工具,系统分析了集团公司发展稀土产业的内外部环境及其自身的竞争力,对GD稀土产业集团公司发展面临的机会与威胁、优势和劣势进行了深入研究。在此基础上,提出了GD稀土产业集团公司发展的总体思路、目标及发展方向和重点领域,设计了GD稀土产业集团公司的发展战略模式。GD稀土产业集团公司发展应充分发挥稀土资源优势、良好的产业基础和科研开发优势,大力实施控制资源战略、纵向一体化战咯、集群化战略及并购、重组和联盟战略。同时,为保证战略的顺利实施,制定了一系列保障措施,以确保实现GD稀土产业集团公司发展的总体战略目标,进一步做大做强广东稀土产业,把稀土资源优势转化为经济优势。 本课题的研究从目前我国稀土产业竞争环境的实际出发,对提升GD稀土产业集团公司核心竞争力、优化产业结构等方面具有一定的借鉴意义,也对如何提升稀土产业链整体水平及发展战略有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the recovery and development of the global economy, rare earth resources, as an important strategic resource, are increasingly widely used in various fields, especially in promoting scientific and technological innovation. Promoting industrial optimization and upgrading is playing a more and more important role. Guangdong Province is one of the provinces with the most complete rare earth mineral resources in China, and the rare ion heavy rare earths are the main ones in the world, and the reserves are huge. After decades of development, the rare earth industry in Guangdong has basically formed a relatively perfect rare earth industrial system, and has reached an international advanced level in rare earth mineral processing, separation and smelting technology. A rare earth industrial cluster with certain regional characteristics was initially formed. In this paper, GD rare earth industry group company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the historical background and practical significance of the research on the development strategy of rare earth industry are briefly summarized, and the strategic management theory applied in the research process is systematically expounded. With the help of the PEST method in the theory of enterprise strategic management and the analysis tools such as Porter's five-force model and SWOT matrix model, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of rare earth industry and its own competitiveness. The opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages of GD rare earth industry group are studied. On this basis, the general ideas, objectives, development direction and key areas of GD rare earth industry group company are put forward. The development strategy mode of GD rare earth industry group company is designed. The development of GD rare earth industry group company should give full play to the advantages of rare earth resources, good industrial foundation and scientific research and development advantages, vigorously implement the strategy of controlling resources, and fight for vertical integration. Cluster strategy and M & A, reorganization and alliance strategy. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, a series of safeguard measures have been formulated to ensure that the overall strategic objectives of GD rare earth industry group company are realized, and that the Guangdong rare earth industry is further expanded and strengthened. The advantages of rare earth resources will be transformed into economic advantages. The research of this topic is based on the reality of the present competition environment of rare earth industry in our country, which has certain reference significance in improving the core competitiveness of GD rare earth industry group company and optimizing the industrial structure, etc. Also how to improve the overall level of rare earth industry chain and development strategy has certain guiding significance.
