煤炭形势跟踪研究及煤炭行业并购重组机遇分析

【摘要】：在综述近期煤炭市场一些主要预测观点的基础上,分析了影响煤炭价格的规律性因素及最新形势,预测了2014下半年至2015年煤炭及相关行业市场走势。在此行业背景下,探讨了煤炭行业新一轮并购重组的机遇,以及提高产业集中度的可能,并对煤炭行业并购重组战略提出建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing some main forecasting viewpoints of coal market in the near future, this paper analyzes the regular factors affecting coal price and the latest situation, and forecasts the market trend of coal and related industries from the second half of 2014 to 2015. Under this background, this paper discusses the opportunity of new round of M & A and reorganization of coal industry, and the possibility of improving the degree of industrial concentration, and puts forward some suggestions on the strategy of M & A and reorganization of coal industry.
