石油化工行业设备吊装一体化管理研究

【摘要】：拥有先进的管理模式，是一个企业走向成功的重要保证，“三流企业靠生产，二流企业靠技术，一流企业靠管理”，在竞争日趋激烈的形势下，每个企业都在积极探索适应市场需要，符合企业特点的管理模式。一体化管理作为国际上先进的施工管理模式，于2005年被引入我国，在石化工程建设的大型设备吊装中得以实施，其以在资源优化、降本增效方面的具大优势，给大型设备吊装管理带来巨大飞跃和创新。但任何新的先进的管理模式都不会自由地落地生根，开花结果，只有当新的先进的管理模式被富有创造精神的人结合其特点将之与新环境结合起来，并根据环境的变化不断完善、总结、发展，使之更加适合新环境，更加茁壮生长，才更能发挥出其巨大的能量与作用。本文结合大型设备吊装一体化管理在我国几个大型石油化工项目中的成功实践，并具体选取青岛大炼油项目典型的成功案例，，深入探讨大型设备吊装一体化管理的内涵，分析运行中的优点，问题和应对措施，并对今后完善大型设备吊装一体化管理并再上一个台阶提出建议和展望。
[Abstract]:Having an advanced management model is an important guarantee for the success of an enterprise. "Third-rate enterprises rely on production, second-rate enterprises rely on technology and first-class enterprises rely on management." under the increasingly fierce competition, Each enterprise is actively exploring a management model that meets the needs of the market and conforms to the characteristics of the enterprise. Integrated management, as an advanced construction management mode in the world, was introduced into China in 2005 and has been implemented in the lifting of large equipment in petrochemical engineering construction. It has great advantages in optimizing resources and reducing cost and increasing efficiency. To large equipment hoisting management brings great leaps and innovations. But any new advanced management model will not take root freely and bear fruit, only when the new advanced management model is combined with the new environment by the creative spirit people. According to the change of the environment, it can be improved, summarized and developed to make it more suitable for the new environment and grow stronger, so that it can play its great energy and function. This paper combines the successful practice of integrated management of large equipment hoisting in several large petrochemical projects in China, and selects typical successful cases of large oil refining projects in Qingdao, and probes into the connotation of integrated management of large equipment hoisting. This paper analyzes the advantages, problems and countermeasures in operation, and puts forward suggestions and prospects for improving the integrated management of large equipment hoisting and mounting in the future.
