【摘要】:随着改革开放的日益深入,国际化分工越来越精细,中国作为劳动力资源比较丰富的国家,在国际市场贸易上凭借廉价的劳动力获得了经济的巨大进步。在中国加入WTO之前,OEM模式在中国沿海城市盛行,OEM是一种代工生产的模式,也称为贴牌生产,OEM模式能够有效的利用劳动力资源发展经济,而国内OEM企业可以利用自身的劳动力资源优势,利用国外的资源发展自己。市场竞争的日益激烈,OEM企业面临来自国内外的企业竞争,因此如何在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,是OEM企业需要考虑的。 企业的采购关系着企业的成本,在科技日益发达的今天,企业之间的科技水平竞争优势难以拉开企业之间的差距,产品的竞争更多的是倾向于成本方面的竞争,因此企业的采购战略尤为重要。本文通过以OEM企业的战略采购为研究对象,通过以供应链模式为视角研究OEM企业的战略采购问题,分析OEM企业的采购现状,剖析其存在问题的原因,从而提出我国OEM企业战略采购的对策。 本文一共分为六章,第一章为绪论部分,主要是介绍本文写作的背景、目的与意义,并介绍本文的写作内容与研究思路,采用的研究方法,并对国内外的相关文献进行归纳。第二章是供应链管理和战略采购管理的理论基础,通过对供应链、战略采购的内涵进行界定,对供应链模式下的采购管理进行分析,阐明供应链管理在战略采购中的重要性。第三章是OEM企业采购管理存在的问题及成因分析,主要是针对OEM企业的现状进行分析,对OEM企业目前采购管理存在的问题进行分析并归纳出其原因。第四章是OEM企业采购管理问题解决的具体方案,通过建立战略采购团队、利用供应链模式完善战略采购管理、完善OEM企业的采购外部环境建设以及建立完善的OEM采购组织结构等方式解决OEM战略采购存在的问题。第五章是G项目中M公司采取的战略采购方案和效果评估,通过实际的案例分析,,阐释M公司利用战略采购的方式实施G项目的优劣势,面临的机遇与挑战,提出具体的对策。第六章是研究结论与展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the international division of labor is becoming more and more sophisticated. China, as a country with abundant labor resources, has made great progress in international market trade by virtue of cheap labor force. Before China's entry into WTO, OEM mode is popular in coastal cities of China. It is a mode of contract manufacturing, also known as OEM mode, which can effectively utilize labor resources to develop economy. The domestic OEM enterprises can use their own labor resources advantages, using foreign resources to develop themselves. The increasingly fierce competition in the market is facing enterprises from home and abroad, so how to survive and develop in the fierce market competition is the need for OEM enterprises to consider. The purchasing of the enterprise is related to the cost of the enterprise. With the development of science and technology, the competitive advantage of the level of science and technology among the enterprises is difficult to open the gap between the enterprises, and the competition of the products is more inclined to the competition of the cost. Therefore, the procurement strategy of enterprises is particularly important. This paper takes the strategic procurement of OEM enterprises as the research object, studies the strategic procurement problems of OEM enterprises from the perspective of supply chain mode, analyzes the current purchasing situation of OEM enterprises, and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems. Therefore, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strategic procurement for OEM enterprises in our country. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this writing, and introduces the writing content and research ideas, research methods, and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of supply chain management and strategic procurement management. By defining the connotation of supply chain and strategic procurement, this chapter analyzes procurement management in supply chain mode and clarifies the importance of supply chain management in strategic procurement. The third chapter is the OEM enterprise procurement management problems and the causes of analysis, mainly in view of the current situation of OEM enterprises to analyze the existing problems in the OEM enterprise procurement management and summed up the reasons. The fourth chapter is the OEM enterprise procurement management problem solving specific plan, through the establishment of strategic procurement team, the use of supply chain model to improve strategic procurement management, To solve the problems existing in OEM strategic procurement, we should perfect the external environment construction of OEM enterprises and establish a perfect OEM purchasing organization structure. The fifth chapter is the strategic purchasing plan and effect evaluation adopted by M Company in G project. Through the actual case analysis, the paper explains the advantages and disadvantages of M Company using strategic purchasing method to implement G project, the opportunities and challenges faced by M Company, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
