我国锂离子电池产业技术创新问题研究

【摘要】:新能源汽车是我国七大战略性新兴产业之一,新能源汽车的发展可能给未来的汽车产业带来革命性的影响。动力电池作为新能源汽车的核心部件是其动力的直接来源,动力电池的技术特点决定了新能源汽车的性能。锂离子电池是新能源汽车动力电池发展最有前景的技术路径,锂离子动力电池的技术创新对新能源汽车产业的发展有着关键作用。 本文首先梳理了我国锂离子电池产业及其技术创新的状况。我国锂离子电池产业发展历史不长,但发展很快,2012年我国锂离子电池的总产量达41.8亿只。在国际锂离子电池市场上,中国、日本和韩国形成了三足鼎立的态势,但总体而言,我国锂离子电池产业在技术先进程度和市场竞争力方面和日本、韩国还有较大差距。我国锂离子电池产业的技术发展是从模仿国外成熟技术开始的,在此过程中,工艺创新是我国锂离子电池产业早期发展的主要成绩,,最近几年,随着技术创新投入不断加大,我国锂离子电池产业在技术创新方面发展很快,并形成了基本的产业核心竞争力,在某些领域积累了一定的技术优势。概括来讲,我国锂离子电池产业技术创新在三个层面存在问题。一,企业层面:技术创新人才缺乏,高端人才紧缺,企业技术创新意愿不强,技术创新体系效率有待提高。二,产业层面:我国锂离子电池产业分散的市场结构一定程度上影响了技术创新的能力,另外在基础研究方面做得也还不够。三,整体产业技术环境层面:我国整体的技术环境对锂离子电池产业的技术创新存在一定的制约。为此,我国锂离子电池产业的技术创新对策有以下几方面:一,企业改善技术创新管理模式,提高技术创新效率。二,锂离子电池产业加强合作和整合,加强基础技术研究,提升产业技术创新合力。三,坚持国家的创新发展战略,锂离子电池产业的技术创新能力和我国整体的技术能力协同提高。
[Abstract]:New energy automobile is one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China. The development of new energy automobile may bring revolutionary influence to the future automobile industry. As the core component of the new energy vehicle, power battery is the direct source of its power. The technical characteristics of the power battery determine the performance of the new energy vehicle. Lithium ion battery is the most promising technology path for the development of new energy automotive power battery. The technological innovation of lithium ion battery plays a key role in the development of new energy automobile industry. Firstly, the status of lithium ion battery industry and its technological innovation in China is reviewed. The history of development of Li-ion battery industry in China is not long, but the development is very fast. In 2012, the total output of Li-ion battery in China reached 4.18 billion. In the international lithium ion battery market, China, Japan and South Korea have formed a three-legged situation, but generally speaking, China's lithium ion battery industry still has a big gap with Japan and South Korea in terms of advanced technology and market competitiveness. The technological development of Li-ion battery industry in China begins with the imitation of foreign mature technology. In this process, technological innovation is the main achievement of the early development of Li-ion battery industry in China. In recent years, with the increasing investment of technological innovation, The lithium ion battery industry in China has developed rapidly in technological innovation and formed the basic industrial core competitiveness, which has accumulated certain technological advantages in some fields. To sum up, there are three problems in the technology innovation of lithium ion battery industry in China. First, enterprise level: the lack of technical innovation talents, the shortage of high-end talents, the weak willingness of technological innovation, and the efficiency of technological innovation system need to be improved. Second, industrial level: the dispersed market structure of Li-ion battery industry in China has affected the ability of technological innovation to a certain extent, and has not done enough in basic research. Third, the whole industry technology environment level: our country whole technology environment has certain restriction to the lithium ion battery industry technology innovation. Therefore, the countermeasures for technological innovation of Li-ion battery industry in China are as follows: first, enterprises should improve the management mode of technological innovation and improve the efficiency of technological innovation. Second, the lithium ion battery industry to strengthen cooperation and integration, strengthen basic technology research, enhance industrial technological innovation. Third, adhere to the national strategy of innovation and development, lithium ion battery industry technology innovation capacity and the overall technical capacity of China.
