中营营养与健康联盟成立已开发出脱蛋白大米

【摘要】：正日前,中关村中营营养与健康促进产业技术联盟成立大会在北京召开。该联盟以南京大学、北京大学、新疆临床营养研究所等联盟单位承担的国家主题科研计划为基础,进一步整合国内优质资源,在健康促进具有先导性、前瞻性的关键技术方向实施突破。联盟单位目前已开发出脱蛋白大米,可满足肾病患者的特殊营养需求。该类产品每年约有40亿产值,可改善我国同类产品依靠进口的局面。(摘自LYSCB,2014-11-06)
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, Zhongguancun Zhongying Nutrition and Health Promotion Industry Technology Alliance was held in Beijing. Based on the national thematic research programs undertaken by Nanjing University, Peking University, Xinjiang Institute of Clinical Nutrition, etc., the alliance will further integrate high-quality domestic resources and play a leading role in health promotion. Forward-looking key technical direction to implement breakthroughs. Alliance units have now developed deproteinized rice to meet the special nutritional needs of patients with nephropathy.
