陕西省中小食品企业区域发展策略研究

【摘要】:陕西省中小食品企业作为陕西省贡献GDP的重要力量之一,其发展为全省转移农村剩余劳动力和促进农业产业的技术升级起到了重要作用。本文通过对陕西省中小食品企业区域发展的研究找出影响全省中小食品企业区域发展的影响因素及其制约其发展的瓶颈,然后针对具体相关问题提出建议,为陕西省中小食品企业实现更好的转型提供了一定的思路。 随着2009年的亚洲金融危机,陕西省中小食品企业面临着严峻的考验。在世界范围内,由于原材料以及人员工资的大幅涨价,导致了大批中小食品企业在成本压力下大量地破产和倒闭。由于陕西省食品行业多被实力较强的大企业强强联合造成了市场基本被大的食品企业瓜分完毕,这样对陕西省的中小食品企业的发展极为不利。 陕西在食品加工业有着原料和消费市场的双重优势,并且随着我国加入WTO,为陕西省中小食品企业的发展带来了一定的机遇。作为一个农业大省的陕西,其食品加工业已经成为陕西工业的第一支柱产业。陕西省中小食品企业要想赢得生存和发展的空间,首先要认清当前陕西省中小食品企业发展的现状,制定市场战略,研究发展策略,,同时可以采用中小企业间的互助合作以及合作联盟的形式,积极树立自身的产品品牌和企业形象。此外,陕西省委省政府应当对部分中小食品企业加大扶持力度,使得这部分企业不至于在大型食品企业的竞争下失去生存和发展的空间。 本文的创新点在于应用企业区域发展策略的SWOT分析方法对陕西省中小食品企业发展的优势、劣势以及机遇和威胁进行详细地分析,并提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:As one of the important contributions to GDP in Shaanxi Province, the development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province has played an important role in transferring rural surplus labor force and promoting the technological upgrading of agricultural industry. Based on the study of the regional development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, this paper finds out the influencing factors and the bottlenecks that restrict the development of the small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, and then puts forward some suggestions for the specific related problems. For Shaanxi Province small food enterprises to achieve a better transformation to provide certain ideas. With the Asian financial crisis in 2009, Shaanxi Province small food enterprises are facing a severe test. In the world, large numbers of small and medium food enterprises go bankrupt and close down under the pressure of cost because of the sharp increase in raw materials and workers' wages. The food industry in Shaanxi Province is divided up by the large food enterprises, which is unfavorable to the development of the small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi has the dual advantages of raw materials and consumption market in the food processing industry, and with China's entry into WTO, it brings a certain opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province. As a big agricultural province, Shaanxi's food processing industry has become the first pillar industry. In order to win the space for survival and development of the small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, first of all, it is necessary to recognize the current situation of the development of the small and medium-sized food enterprises in Shaanxi Province, formulate the market strategy, and study the development strategy. At the same time, we can adopt the form of mutual cooperation and cooperation alliance between small and medium-sized enterprises, and actively establish their own product brand and enterprise image. In addition, the provincial government of Shaanxi province should give more support to some small and medium-sized food enterprises, so that these enterprises will not lose the space for survival and development under the competition of large food enterprises. The innovation of this paper is to analyze in detail the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of small and medium food enterprises in Shaanxi Province by using the SWOT analysis method of enterprise regional development strategy, and put forward some relevant suggestions.
