大连市数控机床产业合作创新模式研究

【摘要】:随着社会和经济的飞速发展,现在己经进入知识经济时代,社会生产力的提高对于创新的依赖程度也越来越高。数控机床产业属于高技术产业,其发展依赖于技术创新和市场创新的结合。我国数控机床产业在近年来注重创新的发展,但受国内技术的制约,绝大部分的数控机床企业采取从国外引进新技术,进而消化再吸收的开放式创新发展模式,这种创新模式在一定程度上能够促进国内数控机床产业的技术发展,但仍然无法掌握当今国际上最先进的技术,也仍然无法改变数控机床产业自主创新能力低下的现状。 合作创新是近年来学术界研究的热点,它要求通过政府的政策引导和支持,以企业、高校、科研院所为核心创新主体,以中介机构的服务和金融机构的支撑作为辅助体系,相互沟通共同合作,实现资源共享和优化配置,共同促进创新的发展。本文就将合作创新的思想融入到大连市数控机床产业的现状研究中,通过对大连市政府、大连市各高校、科研院所、大连市各数控机床企业、大连市中介机构和金融机构各自的发展现状,以及相互之间的合作情况的分析,判断大连市数控机床产业是否具备合作创新的条件,同时,通过对大连市现状的发展以及对当前数控机床产业的发展背景的分析,探寻大连市数控机床产业在创新上存在的问题以及在未来发展上面临的挑战和机遇,从而做到知己知彼,再寻求一种适合大连市数控机床产业发展的合作创新模式,从而克服之前创新模式无法从根本上提升自主创新能力的缺陷,通过大连市创新资源的整合来提高大连市数控机床产业的创新能力和竞争能力,从而在辽宁省、中国甚至世界立于不败之地。本文在对大连市数控机床产业各主体的创新状况和合作情况的研究主要利用专利分析法和知识图谱法,通过机构合作和关键技术的发现来判断当前“产-学-研”的合作情况和各自所掌握的的核心技术。 在最后,根据大连市数控机床产业的创新现状和存在的问题,针对大连市高校及科研院所知识的价值转化率低以及企业的创新能力有限、无法快速应对市场需求的问题,提出“发现-创新”合作创新模式,并提出在这种模式中,政府、企业、高校、科研院所应该如何发挥自己的效用,同时应加大对中介机构和金融机构的建设和扶持力度,进而拓展其服务和支撑力度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and economy, the improvement of social productivity depends more and more on innovation. CNC machine tool industry belongs to high-tech industry, its development depends on the combination of technological innovation and market innovation. In recent years, China's CNC machine tool industry has paid attention to the development of innovation. However, due to the restriction of domestic technology, most of the CNC machine tool enterprises adopt the open innovation development model, which introduces new technology from abroad, and then digests and reabsorbs. To some extent, this innovation mode can promote the technical development of the domestic CNC machine tool industry, but still can not grasp the most advanced technology in the world today, nor can it change the low independent innovation ability of the NC machine tool industry. Cooperative innovation is a hot research topic in academic circles in recent years. It requires government policy guidance and support, with enterprises, colleges and research institutes as the core innovation main body, the service of intermediary institutions and the support of financial institutions as the auxiliary system. Mutual communication and cooperation to achieve resource sharing and optimal allocation, and jointly promote the development of innovation. In this paper, the idea of cooperation and innovation is integrated into the current situation of Dalian CNC machine tool industry, through the Dalian municipal government, Dalian universities, scientific research institutes, Dalian CNC machine tool enterprises, The present situation of the development of the intermediary and financial institutions in Dalian, and the analysis of the cooperation between them, to judge whether the CNC machine tool industry in Dalian has the conditions for cooperation and innovation, and at the same time, Through the analysis of the present situation of Dalian and the background of the development of the CNC machine tool industry, this paper explores the problems in innovation and the challenges and opportunities in the future development of the CNC machine tool industry in Dalian, so as to know itself and know the enemy. Then we seek a cooperative innovation model suitable for the development of Dalian CNC machine tool industry, so as to overcome the defect that the previous innovation mode can not fundamentally improve the independent innovation ability. Through the integration of innovative resources in Dalian to improve the innovation and competitiveness of Dalian CNC machine tool industry, thus in Liaoning Province, China and even the world in an invincible position. This paper mainly uses patent analysis method and knowledge map method to study the innovation status and cooperation situation of various main bodies in Dalian NC machine tool industry. Through the discovery of institutional cooperation and key technologies to judge the current "industry-study-research" cooperation and their respective core technology. Finally, according to the innovation status and existing problems of Dalian NC machine tool industry, aiming at the low value conversion rate of knowledge in universities and scientific research institutes in Dalian and the limited innovation ability of enterprises, it is unable to deal with the market demand quickly. This paper puts forward the "discovery-innovation" cooperative innovation model, and points out how the government, enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes should give full play to their own utility, and at the same time increase the construction and support of intermediary organizations and financial institutions. And then expand its service and support.
