【摘要】：构建基于采购环节的食品安全预警指标体系,把食品安全问题保障从“事后处理”变为“事前控制”显得尤为重要。本文主要是采购环节对食品安全预警指标体系进行研究。全文主要分为七个部分。第一部分主要介绍本文研究的背景,以及研究目的和意义。第二部分介绍食品安全、食品安全预警等相关理论,为文章以后章节做好铺垫。第三部分主要针对我国的食品安全问题进行现状分析。第四部分是基于采购环节的食品安全预警分析。第五部分为基于采购环节的食品安全预警指标体系建立。第六部分是基于采购环节的食品安全预警指标体系运行的保障机制。第七部分对文章进行总结。
[Abstract]:It is very important to construct the food safety early warning index system based on purchasing link, and to change the food safety problem from "dealing with afterwards" to "controlling beforehand". This paper mainly studies the food safety early warning index system in purchasing link. The full text is divided into seven parts. The first part mainly introduces the background of this study, as well as the purpose and significance of the study. The second part introduces the theory of food safety and food safety warning. The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of food safety in China. The fourth part is the food safety early warning analysis based on purchasing link. The fifth part is the establishment of food safety warning index system based on purchasing link. The sixth part is the guarantee mechanism of food safety early warning index system based on purchasing link. The seventh part summarizes the article.
