开滦煤业公司人力资源发展战略研究

【摘要】:本文主要目的是研究开滦煤业公司(以下简称煤业公司)人力资源发展战略。人力资源发展战略是企业为了生存和发展需要,对人力资源进行开发,是长远性人力资源管理的专业谋划和策略。其目的是提高员工队伍整体素质,发现、培养和留住人才。在当今经济全球化和市场竞争日趋激烈的大环境下,人才是企业的重要资源,,人力资源战略居于企业战略中的核心地位,是企业完成战略目标,赢得竞争优势的关键所在。煤业公司要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据主导地位,就必须深入研究人力资源发展战略。针对课题的特点,采用日常调研法、文献资料法、定性与定量分析法以及SWOT分析等相结合的研究方法。 首先,本文分析国内外人力资源发展现状,阐述了与人力资源战略相关的基础理论,为本文煤业公司制定适合自身的人力资源发展战略提供理论基础。 其次,通过分析开滦煤业公司人力资源战略环境,发现了该公司人力资源管理方面存在的问题。运用SWOT模型分析了该公司实施人力资源发展战略的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,针对该企业人力资源现状,定位其发展战略目标,制定KL煤业公司人力资源发展战略。 最后,为保障公司人力资源发展战略顺利实施,本文提出了优化组织结构、创新管控模式、开展人力资源培训与开发,以及完善人员选聘、绩效评价,薪酬管理和企业文化建设等方案,为煤业公司人力资源发展战略的实施奠定坚实基础。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to study the human resource development strategy of Kailuan Coal Company (hereinafter referred to as Kailuan Coal Company). Human resource development strategy is the development of human resources in order to survive and develop, and it is the professional plan and strategy of long-term human resources management. Its purpose is to improve the overall quality of the workforce, to find, train and retain talent. In today's economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, talent is an important resource of enterprises, human resource strategy occupies the core position of enterprise strategy, is the key for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives and win competitive advantage. If the coal company wants to occupy the leading position in the fierce market competition, it must deeply study the human resource development strategy. According to the characteristics of the subject, this paper adopts the methods of daily investigation, literature, qualitative and quantitative analysis and SWOT analysis. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources development at home and abroad, expounds the basic theories related to human resources strategy, and provides a theoretical basis for the coal companies to formulate human resources development strategies suitable for their own. Secondly, by analyzing the strategic environment of human resources in Kailuan Coal Company, the problems in human resource management of Kailuan Coal Company are found. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of implementing the human resources development strategy by using SWOT model, aiming at the present situation of the human resources of the enterprise, positioning its development strategy goal, and formulating the human resources development strategy of KL Coal Company. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the human resources development strategy of the company, this paper proposes to optimize the organizational structure, innovate the management and control mode, develop the human resources training and development, and improve the personnel selection and employment, performance evaluation. Salary management and corporate culture construction, etc., lay a solid foundation for the implementation of human resources development strategy of coal companies.
