内蒙古煤炭交易网设计

【摘要】:近年,电子商务作为一种新型的交易模式,已超越了传统的商品交易方式,并逐步被人们所接受。电子商务依托Internet这个巨大的网络平台,凭借其全球化、电子化、低成本、服务性、平等性、高价值性等特点,实现了信息全覆盖及交易、仓储、运输、配送、咨询等有序运作。 2005年6月《国务院关于促进煤炭工业健康发展的若干意见》提出要加快建立以全国煤炭交易中心为主体,以区域市场为补充,以网络技术为平台,有利于政府宏观调控,市场主体自由交易的现代化煤炭交易体系。建设煤炭交易中心成为我国煤炭市场体系改革的基本方向,受到业内广泛认可。 内蒙古作为我国重要的能源基地、资源大省,尤其是煤炭储量已跃居全国第一。但由于市场营销策略落后,销售量跟不上,制约着煤炭企业不能全力开采,煤炭出产量始终停滞不前。煤炭交易平台的建立正好解决了这一瓶颈。 综合上述三个方面,规划设计集信息、交易、金融、物流等服务为一体的B2B模式的内蒙古煤炭交易平台,既顺应时代发展,又能提高内蒙古煤炭销售,从而促进内蒙古能源经济的快速转型。 本文首先从电子商务的基本概念开始导入,阐述了电子商务的定义、特征、分类、创新之处、电子商务平台以及电子商务的发展。接着进行内蒙古煤炭交易网的系统分析,主要从可行性分析出发,归纳出系统的功能需求、性能需求和环境需求。最后,从系统框架设计、系统平台设计、软件架构设计、系统功能设计、数据库设计、安全规划设计、系统开发环境、关键技术几个方面进行整个的系统设计。
[Abstract]:In recent years, electronic commerce as a new type of trading mode, has exceeded the traditional way of commodity trading, and gradually accepted by people. Electronic commerce relies on Internet, which is a huge network platform, with the characteristics of globalization, electronization, low cost, service, equality, high value and so on, it realizes the complete information coverage and the orderly operation of transaction, warehousing, transportation, distribution, consultation and so on. In June 2005, several opinions of the State Council on promoting the healthy development of the coal industry proposed that it is necessary to speed up the establishment of a national coal trading center as the main body, a regional market as a supplement and a network technology as the platform, which is conducive to the government's macro-control. The modern coal trading system in which the main body of the market trades freely. The construction of coal trading center has become the basic direction of China's coal market system reform, widely recognized by the industry. As an important energy base in China, Inner Mongolia has the largest coal reserves in China. However, because of the backward marketing strategy, the sales volume can not keep up, restricting the coal enterprises can not fully mining, coal output has been stagnant. The establishment of coal trading platform just solves this bottleneck. Synthesizing the above three aspects, planning and designing a B2B coal trading platform with information, transaction, finance, logistics and other services as an integral whole, not only conforms to the development of the times, but also improves the coal sales in Inner Mongolia. So as to promote the rapid transformation of Inner Mongolia energy economy. This paper begins with the introduction of the basic concept of E-commerce, and expounds the definition, characteristics, classification, innovation, E-commerce platform and the development of E-commerce. Then, the system analysis of Inner Mongolia Coal Trading Network is carried out, and the functional, performance and environmental requirements of the system are summed up from the feasibility analysis. Finally, the whole system is designed from several aspects, such as system frame design, system platform design, software architecture design, system function design, database design, security planning design, system development environment and key technology.
