飞碟公司的企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:有色金属是国民经济、人民日常生活及国防工业、科学技术发展必不可少的基础材料和重要的战略物资,农业现代化、工业现代化、科学技术和国防工业都需要有色金属。世界上有很多国家,尤其是工业发达国家,都竞相发展有色金属工业,加大有色金属的储备。我国有色金属矿产资源丰富,有色金属行业中企业众多,就整个有色金属行业来说在稳步增长,但不容忽视的是,有色金属行业产能过剩、结构不合理、集中度不高、资源保障能力不强等问题还是比较突出,而且工艺水平尚待提高、环保压力与日俱增。未来几年内,有色金属行业将进行大规模的兼并重组,而且兼并重组将成为一种主基调。美国次贷危机以及欧债危机以来,国际国内宏观环境发展了很大变化,随着科技的发展以及企业管理能力的提升,企业自身内部环境也发生了很大变化。 目前国内学者对有色金属行业企业战略研究很少,主要集中对有色金属行业进行市场分析和展望的研究以及在信息化与工业化融合背景下有色金属行业企业发展战略研究。但是针对具体到分析有色金属行业企业面临新的宏观环境以及企业自身环境的基础上研究有色金属行业企业发展战略研究几乎没有。本文则是在相关理论的基础上,采用规范分析的方法,在大量文献综述的基础上,以广西平桂飞碟股份有限公司为例,通过对飞碟公司面临的宏微观环境,企业自身优势劣势等因素,对飞碟公司的企业发展战略进行研究,进而对我国有色金属企业的发展战略提出一些借鉴的建议和对策。本文主要包括以下内容: 第一部分,分析本文的研究背景和研究意义,并对国内外企业战略管理理论的相关研究进行理论阐述。 第二部分,具体论述飞碟公司的外部环境,在对有色金属行业的特殊性、重要性、行业规模以及发展前景等问题进行分析的基础上,阐述了飞碟公司发展的宏观环境和行业环境,并对飞碟公司的主要竞争者进行了论述,最后,研究分析飞碟公司所面临的机会和威胁。 第三部分,详细分析飞碟公司的内部环境,了解企业自身各种条件即组织的状态,确定企业在行业中的竞争地位,探讨飞碟飞碟所具备的优势和存在的劣势。 第四部分,详细论述飞碟公司的企业发展战略。 第五部分,总结和启示。对本文主要研究工作做了总结,并分析了由此带给我国有色金属行业企业发展的启示。
[Abstract]:Non-ferrous metals are essential basic materials and important strategic materials for the development of science and technology, agricultural modernization, industrial modernization, science and technology and national defense industry all need non-ferrous metals. Many countries in the world, especially industrial developed countries, are competing to develop nonferrous metals industry and increase the reserves of nonferrous metals. China is rich in mineral resources of non-ferrous metals, and there are many enterprises in the nonferrous metal industry. As far as the whole nonferrous metal industry is concerned, it is growing steadily. However, it can not be ignored that the nonferrous metal industry has overcapacity, unreasonable structure and low concentration. The resource guarantee ability is not strong, and the technology level needs to be improved, and the pressure of environmental protection is increasing day by day. In the next few years, the non-ferrous metal industry will carry on the large-scale merger and reorganization, and the merger and reorganization will become one kind of main tone. Since the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States and the European debt crisis, great changes have taken place in the international and domestic macro environment. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of enterprise management ability, the internal environment of enterprises has also changed a lot. At present, there are few researches on the enterprise strategy of non-ferrous metal industry, mainly focusing on the market analysis and prospect of non-ferrous metal industry and the development strategy of non-ferrous metal industry under the background of information and industrialization. However, there is almost no research on the development strategy of non-ferrous metal industry enterprises on the basis of analyzing the new macro environment and the enterprise's own environment. This article is based on the relevant theories, using the method of normative analysis, on the basis of a lot of literature review, taking Guangxi Pinggui Frisbee Co., Ltd as an example, through the macro and micro environment faced by Frisbee Company. This paper studies the development strategy of Frisbee Company and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development strategy of non-ferrous metal enterprises in China. This paper mainly includes the following contents: In the first part, the background and significance of this paper are analyzed, and the related research of strategic management theory at home and abroad is expounded. The second part, on the basis of analyzing the particularity, importance, industry scale and development prospect of non-ferrous metal industry, the external environment of Frisbee Company is discussed in detail. This paper expounds the macro environment and industry environment of the development of Frisbee Company, and discusses the main competitors of Frisbee Company. Finally, it studies and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by Frisbee Company. In the third part, we analyze the internal environment of Frisbee Company in detail, understand the condition of the enterprise itself, determine the competitive position of the enterprise in the industry, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the Frisbee. The fourth part, discusses the enterprise development strategy of Frisbee Company in detail. The fifth part, summary and enlightenment. The main research work of this paper is summarized, and the enlightenment to the development of nonferrous metal industry enterprises is analyzed.
