某航空机载产品制造企业生产物流系统优化研究

【摘要】:当今企业面临的最大挑战是生产柔性和满足用户需求的生产方式的变革,多品种小批量生产方式已经成为航空机载产品生产的主流模式,产品种类多、变换快,生产中同时加工的零件种类繁多、生产组织和计划管理工作复杂,难度较大。这一新特点给航空机载产品的设计与生产管理带来了新的、更高的要求,如何在满足用户要求的前提下实现产品质量、生产成本、生产周期三者的均衡成为航空机载产品生产企业不可回避的问题。我国航空机载产品生产企业作为典型的多品种小批量生产企业,其生产组织形式和管理方式已无法适应市场需求多样化的形势。因此必须对生产物流管理模式进行优化,寻求适合目前生产现状的生产管理模式。 论文基于对生产物流的概念及特征、生产物流系统设计内容与原则、精益生产的特点与优势以及多品种小批量情形下精益生产系统的局限性等的深入分析,明确了精益生产在降低成本、减少浪费方面具有很强的优势,但是在多品种小批量生产中的应用方面仍然需要进行针对性的改进,需要保留其有效的方法和技术,在此基础上结合企业实际开发应用新的生产组织管理模式。 其次,基于对XH企业基本情况的调研,,剖析了XH企业生产物流的基本特征以及XH企业典型产品生产流程,明确指出XH企业是典型的多品种小批量生产企业,虽然XH企业进行了一些精益生产的措施,但是由于该企业整体管理水平不高,效果还不是非常理想,加之精益生产在多品种小批量企业应用的局限性,因此必须根据企业的实际进行优化设计,而不能纯粹盲目的应用精益生产。 针对企业基本情况和瓶颈制约,提出了生产物流优化方案,运用流程再造的基本思想勾画出企业远期改革的蓝图。运用TOC和面向对象Petri网系统对企业流程进行建模,并据以分析XH企业存在的主要问题;设计了基于Agent的柔性生产计划与生产调度集成系统;根据价值流构建精益组织。提出了XH企业生产物流流程重组,集成信息系统以及组织结构重组具体方案。 针对XH航空机载产品制造企业生产物流系统中存在的问题,从完善供应管理策略,改进库房管理等方面提出了运作与管理的改良对策,具有一定的实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the biggest challenge facing enterprises is the change of production flexibility and production mode to meet the needs of customers. Multi-variety and small-batch production mode has become the mainstream mode of aviation airborne product production, with many kinds of products and rapid changes. There are many kinds of parts processed at the same time in production, and the production organization and plan management are complicated and difficult. This new feature brings new and higher requirements to the design and production management of airborne aviation products. How to achieve product quality and production cost under the premise of meeting the requirements of customers, The balance of production cycle has become an unavoidable problem for airborne production enterprises. As a typical multi-variety and small-batch production enterprise, the production organization and management mode of airborne production enterprises in China can no longer adapt to the diversified market demand. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the production logistics management mode and to seek a production management model suitable for the present production situation. Based on the in-depth analysis of the concept and characteristics of production logistics, the design content and principle of production logistics system, the characteristics and advantages of lean production, and the limitations of lean production system in the case of multi-variety and small batch, etc. It is clear that lean production has strong advantages in reducing cost and waste, but the application of lean production in multi-variety and small-batch production still needs to be improved, and its effective methods and techniques need to be retained. On this basis, combined with the actual development of enterprises, the application of new production organization management model. Secondly, based on the investigation of XH enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of XH enterprise production logistics and the typical production process of XH enterprise, and points out clearly that XH enterprise is a typical multi-variety small batch production enterprise. Although XH enterprise has carried out some measures of lean production, but because the overall management level of XH enterprise is not high, the effect is not very ideal, and the application of lean production in multi-variety and small batch enterprises is limited. Therefore, the optimal design must be carried out according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and the lean production should not be applied blindly. In view of the basic situation and bottleneck restriction of enterprises, the optimization scheme of production logistics is put forward, and the blueprint of long-term reform of enterprises is drawn by using the basic idea of process reengineering. Using TOC and Object-Oriented Petri net system to model the enterprise process and analyze the main problems existing in XH enterprise, a flexible production planning and production scheduling integrated system based on Agent is designed, and lean organization is constructed according to the value flow. This paper puts forward the concrete plan of XH enterprise production logistics process reengineering, integrated information system and organization structure reengineering. In view of the existing problems in the production and logistics system of XH airborne products manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for improving the operation and management from the aspects of perfecting the supply management strategy and improving the warehouse management, which has certain practical application value.
