智能手机制造企业的合作研发策略研究

【摘要】:伴随着信息化时代的到来,全球经济一体化格局的大背景下,移动互联网和通信技术得到迅猛发展,致使智能手机市场的格局也在不断地发生变化,市场竞争日益激烈。为了提高企业的竞争力,越来越多的智能手机生产企业开始选择与上游软件开发商、运营商等展开研发合作,以减少创新风险、缩短新产品的研发周期,智能手机企业间合作研发的趋势越来越显著。 本文以智能手机产业的发展现状为背景,从供应链的视角对智能手机企业的合作研发策略行为进行分析。首先,文章介绍了智能手机行业的竞争态势,提出智能手机行业未来的发展趋势;其次,阐述了企业竞争策略理论,从一般的竞争策略延伸出企业研发与合作研发策略。在此基础上,分析企业合作研发模式选择的原则及影响因素,并建立上下游企业合作研发的博弈模型进行分析。本文认为企业选择合作研发策略比非合作研发策略能够得到更高的利润,,实现利润最大化的目标,明确了企业为了更好的在激烈的竞争中保持行业领先地位应该选择怎样的研发策略。 最后,文章以诺基亚公司和三星公司为例,对两家企业选择不合作研发和合作研发两种策略的效果进行分析,验证上述分析的结果,并给中国智能手机厂商在市场竞争中如何发展提供了一些有益的启示。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, under the background of global economic integration, mobile Internet and communication technology have developed rapidly, resulting in the smart phone market pattern is constantly changing, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, more and more smartphone manufacturers begin to choose R & D cooperation with upstream software developers and operators in order to reduce innovation risks and shorten the R & D cycle of new products. The trend of cooperative R & D among smartphone enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. Based on the development of smartphone industry, this paper analyzes the cooperative R & D strategy behavior of smartphone enterprises from the perspective of supply chain. Firstly, the paper introduces the competition situation of the smart phone industry, and puts forward the future development trend of the smart phone industry. Secondly, it expounds the theory of enterprise competition strategy, which extends the enterprise R & D and cooperative R & D strategy from the general competition strategy. On this basis, the principles and influencing factors of cooperative R & D mode selection are analyzed, and the game model of upstream and downstream cooperative R & D is established. This paper argues that enterprises can obtain higher profits and achieve the goal of maximizing profits by choosing cooperative R & D strategies than non-cooperative R & D strategies. In order to better maintain the leading position in the fierce competition, the enterprise should choose the research and development strategy. Finally, taking Nokia and Samsung as examples, the paper analyzes the effects of the two companies' choice of non-cooperative R & D and cooperative R & D, and verifies the results of the above analysis. It also provides some useful enlightenment for Chinese smartphone manufacturers to develop in the market competition.
