长株潭装备制造业集群内企业协同创新模式研究

【摘要】:大力振兴装备制造业是党中央提出的增强综合国力的战略任务。装备制造业是长株潭“两型社会”建设和区域经济增长的重要支柱,发展优势明显,长株潭装备制造业集群区已经发展成国家特大型综合性机械工业基地。随着市场竞争的加剧和经济全球化进程的加快,产业集群获取竞争优势的源泉已经向创新能力和应变速度转变,创新能力的高低直接决定产业集群竞争力的大小,协同创新成为集群内企业的必然选择。因此,如何选择合适的模式成为提高装备制造集群企业创新水平,提升长株潭区域整体竞争力的重要方面。 在理论研究的基础上,本文运用社会网络分析方法分析集群企业的协同创新特性,研究协同创新过程,总结国内外产业集群内企业协同创新的典型模式,并对国内典型的三种协同创新模式的优劣进行比较,以长株潭区域为载体,分析长株潭装备制造业集群发展及其企业协同创新的现状,总结影响企业协同创新模式选择的三个因素:产业集群环境、企业内部创新环境、企业创新能力,通过理论研究和实际调研,采用层次分析法、多层次灰色评价方法构建集群企业选择协同创新模式的模型,,并验证了模型的有效性,得出在长株潭装备制造业区域内采取产学研协同创新模式为最优决策,最后归纳出长株潭装备制造业集群内产学研协同创新的典型模式。
[Abstract]:Vigorously revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic task put forward by the CPC Central Committee to enhance the overall national strength. Equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar of the construction of "two-type society" and regional economic growth in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan. The development advantage is obvious. Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan equipment manufacturing cluster area has developed into a national super large comprehensive mechanical industrial base. With the aggravation of market competition and the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the source of the competitive advantage of industrial clusters has changed to innovation ability and strain speed, and the level of innovation ability directly determines the competitiveness of industrial clusters. Collaborative innovation has become the inevitable choice of enterprises in the cluster. Therefore, how to select the appropriate model becomes an important aspect to improve the innovation level of equipment manufacturing cluster enterprises and enhance the overall competitiveness of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the characteristics of collaborative innovation of cluster enterprises by using social network analysis method, studies the process of collaborative innovation, and summarizes the typical models of cooperative innovation of enterprises in industrial clusters at home and abroad. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three typical modes of collaborative innovation in China, taking Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region as the carrier, the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan equipment manufacturing cluster and the cooperative innovation of enterprises. This paper summarizes three factors that influence the choice of cooperative innovation mode: industrial cluster environment, enterprise internal innovation environment, enterprise innovation ability. Through theoretical research and practical investigation, AHP is adopted. The multi-level grey evaluation method is used to construct the model of cluster enterprises to choose collaborative innovation model, and the validity of the model is verified. It is concluded that the best decision is to adopt the collaborative innovation mode of production, education and research in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, the typical model of collaborative innovation of production, education and research in Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan equipment manufacturing cluster is summarized.
