郴州市烟草公司人力资源管理体系优化研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的快速发展,企业面临的国内外市场正在不断地发生变化,既有竞争又有挑战。企业在面临市场竞争的时候,为了扩大自己的市场份额,提高自身竞争力,获取最大利润就必须合理利用自身的资源获取最大的竞争优势。所以说,企业需要关注的首要问题就是企业如何利用自身的资源来获取竞争优势。目前,,如何通过人力资源来获取企业的竞争优势已经成为研究者关注的热点问题。 本文由五个部分组成。第一章绪论主要介绍本课题的选题背景、研究意义;国内外研究动态及研究的理论基础;研究的主要内容和研究的方法。第二章从战略的视觉上分析郴州烟草公司人力资源管理的现状,对公司进行了SWOT分析,指出人力资源管理方面的不足,提出实施战略人力资源管理的必要性和可行性。第三章主要从招募和聘用角度剖析战略人力资源管理的重要性以及如何正确有效的管理招募和聘用。第四章主要从培训与职业生涯规划角度来探讨其对战略人力资源管理的效用,并为员工设计了合理的培训与职业生涯发展规划。第五章主要从绩效薪酬角度提升人力资源管理的效率,设计了合理的绩效薪酬制度以及合适的绩效薪酬管理流程。 本文对郴州烟草公司“让人力资源成为战略合作伙伴”的人力资源管理战略研究,将人力资源管理提升到战略管理的高度,从而实现人力资源与企业战略发展协调一致,进而获得企业的核心竞争力,达到企业、员工、乃至顾客、利害相关者的“双赢”和“多赢”局面。在其施行“让人力资源成为战略合作伙伴”战略的过程中,主要对人力资源进行了更合适的管理,对人力资源管理的任务包括公司对其所有员工的行为管理,具有实践意义和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, the domestic and foreign markets that enterprises are facing are constantly changing, both competitive and challenging. In the face of market competition, in order to expand their market share and improve their competitiveness, they must use their own resources reasonably to obtain the greatest competitive advantage. Therefore, enterprises need to pay attention to the most important issue is how to use their own resources to obtain competitive advantage. At present, how to obtain the competitive advantage of enterprises through human resources has become a hot issue that researchers pay attention to. This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research trends and the theoretical basis of the research, the main content of the research and research methods. The second chapter analyzes the current situation of human resource management in Chenzhou Tobacco Company from the strategic point of view, analyzes the SWOT of the company, points out the shortcomings of human resource management, and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of implementing strategic human resource management. The third chapter analyzes the importance of strategic human resource management and how to manage recruitment and employment correctly and effectively from the point of view of recruitment and recruitment. The fourth chapter mainly discusses its effect on strategic human resource management from the angle of training and career planning, and designs reasonable training and career development plan for employees. The fifth chapter mainly from the perspective of performance pay to enhance the efficiency of human resources management, the design of a reasonable performance pay system and appropriate performance pay management process. In this paper, the human resource management strategy of Chenzhou Tobacco Company "making human resources become strategic partner" is studied, which promotes human resource management to the height of strategic management, thus realizing the harmony between human resources and enterprise strategic development. Then the core competence of the enterprise is obtained, and the situation of "win-win" and "multi-win" of enterprise, employee, even customer and stakeholder is achieved. In the process of implementing the strategy of "making human resources a strategic partner", it mainly manages human resources more appropriately. The tasks of human resources management include the behavior management of all its employees. It has practical significance and reference value.
