基于网络的女装服饰配伍专业咨询平台的研究

【摘要】:随着网络信息技术的发展,服装电子商务以其独特的优势成为一种全新的销售渠道。近几年来,服装网上销售的数量和销售额成大幅度增长,服装网络营销以其便捷的服务和相对低的成本已经成为销售商一种明智的投资和消费者一种必然的选择。但由于消费者在网络购物时对个性化服务要求的提高以及网络购物中本身存在的很多不足,,阻碍了服装电子商务的发展速度。通过调查发现,很多服装网络购物者在购买具体某款服装时,并不知道是否适合自己的身体特征以及如何与其他服装进行搭配,从而盲目地买下了许多闲置的服装,提高了服装的穿着成本,而且消费者大部分的时间浪费在了不适合自己的衣服上,这样的购买效率太低。本文针对这一问题进行了相关研究,提出利用现在的互联网和电脑软件技术,把一流的服装搭配师的专业知识和服饰配伍理论知识软件化,在网络营销的终端上建立一个服饰配伍专业咨询平台来解决消费者网上购衣的难题,为服装网络销售提供一个特色服务以此来推动服装电子商务的发展。 本课题首先查阅了大量参考文献,总结出了影响服饰配伍的相关因素,并针对研究内容进行了专家访谈。然后基于这些因素设计了调查问卷,并对问卷数据进行了分析,得出了消费者对此项服务的需求程度和消费者最关注的影响服饰配伍效果的因子,为专家系统中在推荐服装时考虑各因素的权重比例提供了参考和依据。在数据库的构建中,考虑到服装款式存储的特殊性,采用了交互式遗传算法对服装进行编码,通过交互式遗传算法把专家的主观评价作为个体适应度赋值的依据从而来保证该平台的专业性。最后,分析了平台需要的相关技术支持以及平台界面的模型。该平台的工作服务原理为:在专家系统中专业的服装搭配师分析衣服款式的相关资料并把这些信息形成数据库和知识库,顾客在登录该平台后进行相关肤色体型等测试,专家系统根据得到的顾客信息,搜索资料库中最能展现消费者个人特征的衣服资料及其相关搭配依次陈列出来并附有形象搭配师对整套搭配的解释说明。 本文通过对服装色彩、人体体型、服装配饰等影响服饰配伍效果的因素进行研究,提出了针对个人特征建立的服饰搭配咨询平台,从而为服装网络销售提供了优质的个性化服务。该平台不仅为消费者提供了个性化的搭配建议,也为服装电子商务的良性发展提供了保障,具有一定的研究价值和实际意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of network information technology, apparel e-commerce has become a brand-new sales channel with its unique advantages. In recent years, the quantity and sales of online clothing sales have increased greatly. With its convenient service and relatively low cost, online clothing marketing has become a kind of wise investment and a necessary choice for consumers. However, due to the improvement of consumers' demand for personalized service when shopping on the Internet and the shortcomings in online shopping, the development of e-commerce of clothing has been hindered. The survey found that many online shoppers did not know if they were fit for their physical characteristics and how to match with other clothes, so they blindly bought a lot of unused clothes. It increases the cost of clothing, and consumers spend most of their time on clothes that don't suit them, which is too inefficient. This paper has carried on the related research to this question, proposed to use the present Internet and the computer software technology, the first-class clothing collocation teacher's specialized knowledge and the clothing compatibility theory knowledge software, This paper establishes a professional consulting platform of clothing compatibility on the terminal of network marketing to solve the problem of online clothing purchase for consumers and to provide a characteristic service for the online sales of clothing to promote the development of apparel electronic commerce. This subject first consulted a large number of references, summed up the relevant factors affecting clothing compatibility, and conducted expert interviews on the content of the study. Then based on these factors, the questionnaire is designed, and the questionnaire data are analyzed. The demand degree of the service and the factors that the consumers are most concerned about affecting the effect of clothing compatibility are obtained. It provides a reference and basis for the expert system to consider the weight ratio of each factor when recommending clothing. In the construction of database, considering the particularity of clothing style storage, interactive genetic algorithm is used to code clothing. Through interactive genetic algorithm, the subjective evaluation of experts is regarded as the basis of individual fitness assignment to ensure the professionalism of the platform. Finally, the related technical support and the model of the platform interface are analyzed. The working principles of the platform are as follows: in the expert system, the professional dress collocation specialist analyzes the relevant information of the clothing style and forms the information into a database and a knowledge base, and customers test the relevant skin color and body shape after logging on to the platform. According to the customer information obtained, the expert system searches for the clothing information and related collocation that can best show the individual characteristics of the consumer and displays them in turn with the explanation of the image collocation designer for the whole set of collocations. Based on the study of the factors that affect the effect of clothing compatibility, such as color, body shape and accessories, this paper puts forward a dress matching consultation platform based on individual characteristics. Thus provides the high-quality personalized service for the clothing network sale. The platform not only provides consumers with personalized suggestions, but also provides protection for the benign development of e-commerce. It has certain research value and practical significance.
