口岸公司基于精益化绿色制造的发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着船舶工业的第二次产业转移,中国船舶制造工业获得了快速发展,产能及规模迅速扩大,并在交付总载重吨位及手持订单吨位等指标上一度占据世界第一的位置。船舶制造工业虽然是传统重工业,但其产业链的引领作用非常明显,是客观评价一个国家的制造能力和工业发展水平的综合性指标。同时,船舶制造工业对提升国家的国防实力也非常重要,特别是像中国这样具有广阔海洋国土的国家。因此,船舶工业成为国家重点优先发展的战略产业。 在政府政策及前几年市场需求两个方面因素的综合刺激下,中国船舶制造工业的产能规模快速扩张,但随着金融危机和欧债危机的相继爆发,船舶行业进入调整期。在劳动力成本上升、人民币升值、国际公约规划要求越来越严格等多方面的内、外部因素影响下,船舶制造企业的经营状况急剧恶化。在此市场行情下,企业必须制订明确合理、可行的发展战略,并在生产实践中认真落实发展战略,才能指引企业走出目前的市场困境,获得进一步的发展。 在此背景下,本文首先以口岸船舶有限公司为研究对象,结合现代企业战略管理理论,论述了战略管理对企业发展的重要意义,对本文的研究意义及研究内容进行了论述。接着对口岸公司所属的船舶制造行业进行了详细的特征分析,重点分析了该行业在国民经济发展中的地位、目前的行业现状及发展方向。论文对口岸公司目前的外部政策环境、经济环境及技术环境等进行了仔细分析和总结,重点针对内部环境进行了比较深入的分析。此外,论述了口岸公司规模迅速发展的原因,并描述了企业在管理、人才结构、设备设施和技术储备等方面存在的问题。 论文围绕船舶行业常见的发展战略选择进行深入分析论述,包括多元化发展战略、低成本竞争战略、联盟战略、产业升级战略和异质产品竞争战略等在船舶制造行业中的应用情况。结合口岸公司自身的客观情况、内外部环境和竞争力分析,得出了口岸公司应在适度相关多元化发展的情况下,重点采取精益绿色制造发展战略的结论。 论文论述了实施精益绿色制造发展战略的要素和方法,从人才、市场、组织、技术、企业文化等诸多要素方面进行了详细论述,对形成这些竞争要素的具体方法和措施进行了总结。 论文最后对企业实施这一竞争发展战略后取得的成效进行了简单介绍。经过实际应用表明,本论文中制订的口岸公司发展战略可行,并具有一定的推广应用价值,能为类似的船舶制造企业制订发展战略提供一定的参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the second industrial transfer of shipbuilding industry, Chinese shipbuilding industry has gained rapid development, rapid expansion of production capacity and scale, and once occupied the first place in the world in terms of delivery of gross load tonnage and handheld order tonnage. Although the shipbuilding industry is a traditional heavy industry, the leading role of its industrial chain is very obvious, and it is a comprehensive index to objectively evaluate a country's manufacturing capacity and industrial development level. At the same time, shipbuilding industry is also very important to enhance national defense, especially in countries such as China. Therefore, the shipbuilding industry has become a strategic industry with national priority. With the combination of government policy and market demand in the past few years, the production capacity of China's shipbuilding industry has expanded rapidly, but with the financial crisis and the European debt crisis, the shipping industry has entered a period of adjustment. Under the influence of the rising labor cost, the appreciation of RMB, the increasingly strict planning requirements of international conventions, and the influence of external factors, the operating conditions of shipbuilding enterprises have deteriorated sharply. Under this market situation, enterprises must make clear, reasonable and feasible development strategy, and carry out the development strategy in production practice, so as to guide enterprises out of the current market predicament and obtain further development. Under this background, this paper first takes the port shipping limited company as the research object, unifies the modern enterprise strategic management theory, elaborated the strategic management to the enterprise development important significance, has carried on the discussion to this article research significance and the research content. Secondly, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry belonging to the port company, focusing on the status of the industry in the development of the national economy, the current situation of the industry and its development direction. In this paper, the external policy environment, economic environment and technical environment of the port company are analyzed and summarized in detail, with emphasis on the internal environment. In addition, the paper discusses the reasons for the rapid development of the port company's scale, and describes the problems existing in the management, talent structure, equipment facilities and technical reserve of the enterprise. The thesis focuses on the common development strategy choice of ship industry, including diversified development strategy, low cost competition strategy, alliance strategy. The application of industrial upgrading strategy and heterogeneous product competition strategy in shipbuilding industry. Combined with the objective situation of the port company and the analysis of the internal and external environment and competitiveness, the conclusion is drawn that the port company should adopt the lean green manufacturing development strategy under the condition of moderately relevant diversified development. This paper discusses the elements and methods of implementing the development strategy of lean green manufacturing, including talent, market, organization, technology, corporate culture and so on. The concrete methods and measures to form these competitive elements are summarized. Finally, the paper introduces the effect of the competitive development strategy. The practical application shows that the development strategy of the port company in this paper is feasible and has certain value of popularization and application. It can provide a certain reference for similar shipbuilding enterprises to formulate the development strategy.
