【摘要】：追求成长是产业经营的主题，也是产业在在激烈的竞争环境中生存与发展的手段。产业成长的途经有很多，这就是产业成长的战略问题。不同的成长战略，对产业外部环境和产业自身条件有不同的要求。选择合适的成长战略并正确地实施它，可以使产业在较长的时期内获得健康稳定的成长，反之，就会使产业陷入“成长的陷阱”。所以，产业成长战略的选择，是关乎一个产业生存与发展的重大问题。中国天然气产业在2004年进入发展期，现在面临向成熟期的过渡与发展，中国天然气市场存在供需矛盾问题、价格机制改革问题、以及法律法规健全问题。随着产业的发展，有必要进行战略转换，选择适合产业成长的战略。本论文以战略管理和产业成长战略为理论依据，首先分析中国天然气产业的宏观环境，即中国天然气产业所处的政治、经济、文化和技术环境，根据产业生命周期理论，明确其所处的发展阶段；进一步分析中国天然气产业的微观环境，在资源能力理论的基础上，与发达国家天然气产业进行对比，找出发展中存在的差距，根据SCP理论构架中国天然气产业内部分析框架；在内外部环境分析的基础上，，运用SWOT分析法，选择中国天然气产业成长战略——多元化成长战略；论文进一步提出保障天然气产业成长战略实施的具体措施：加快天然气管道和储气库建设，推进天然气价格机制改革，建立健全我国天然气产业的监管机构和法律体系，加强与国外天然气的合作等。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of growth is not only the theme of industrial management, but also the means of industry survival and development in the fierce competitive environment. There are many ways of industrial growth, which is the strategic issue of industrial growth. Different growth strategies have different requirements for the external environment of industry and the conditions of industry itself. Choosing the appropriate growth strategy and implementing it correctly can make the industry grow healthily and stably in a long period of time, otherwise, it will make the industry fall into the "growth trap". Therefore, the choice of industrial growth strategy is related to the survival and development of an industry. China's natural gas industry entered the development period in 2004 and now faces the transition and development to the mature stage. There are contradictions between supply and demand in China's natural gas market price mechanism reform and the sound of laws and regulations. With the development of industry, it is necessary to change strategy and choose the strategy suitable for industry growth. Based on the theory of strategic management and industrial growth strategy, this paper first analyzes the macro environment of China's natural gas industry, that is, the political, economic, cultural and technological environment of China's natural gas industry, according to the theory of industry life cycle. Make clear the stage of its development, further analyze the micro environment of China's natural gas industry, compare it with the natural gas industry of developed countries on the basis of the theory of resource capacity, and find out the gap in the development. According to the theory of SCP, the internal analysis framework of China's natural gas industry is set up, and on the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment, the growth strategy of China's natural gas industry-diversification growth strategy is chosen by using SWOT analysis method. The paper further puts forward some specific measures to ensure the growth of natural gas industry: speeding up the construction of natural gas pipeline and gas storage, promoting the reform of natural gas price mechanism, establishing and perfecting the regulatory body and legal system of China's natural gas industry.
