我国家电企业销售物流外包中与第三方物流企业的关系治理研究

【摘要】:当前,在激烈的市场竞争和严峻的经营环境下,,我国家电企业的赢利水平呈现出逐步下滑的趋势,家电企业在经营中面临着巨大的压力。物流作为“第三利润源”,成为我国家电企业最有希望降低成本、提高效益的环节。为了降低物流成本,我国家电企业纷纷将销售物流业务外包给第三方物流企业,第三方物流已成为我国家电企业销售物流业务最主要的模式。充分利用第三方物流的专业化优势是我国家电企业降低物流成本、提高物流业务质量的重要途径。然而,我国家电企业在销售物流外包中未能与第三方物流企业建立起长期、深入的合作关系,对物流外包的效果造成了较严重的负面影响。套牢问题是阻碍双方建立和发展长期、深入合作关系的重要因素。套牢问题阻碍了双方信任的建立,导致了双方合作关系的不稳定性,从而对家电企业的销售物流业务产生不利的影响。如何防范套牢问题是当前我国家电企业在与第三方物流企业的合作中面临的重要问题。本文对我国家电企业与第三方物流企业合作中关系治理的研究,旨在探讨能有效防范双方合作中套牢问题的关系性治理机制。 本文首先对我国家电企业的销售物流业务及其特点进行了描述,论述了第三方物流对家电企业的重要性,并分析了家电企业与第三方物流企业合作中套牢问题的具体表现及其对双方合作关系产生的危害。然后,本文运用不完全契约理论,对我国家电企业与第三方物流企业合作中的套牢问题进行了深入的分析。并认为,在我国家电企业与第三方物流企业的合作中,双方为实现物流数据准确快速的传递和即时共享而在EDI系统等信息技术上的投入具有专用性的特点,从而产生了可占用准租金,使双方锁定在合作关系中,导致了套牢问题;家电企业物流服务需求的不确定性和不可描述性导致了物流外包合同的不完全性,进而导致了第三方物流企业利用合同不完全对家电企业实施敲竹杠行为。最后,在对套牢问题的原因进行分析的基础上,本文提出了防范套牢问题的关系治理机制,建立了家电企业与第三方物流企业间的关系治理框架。本文的研究认为,在家电企业与第三方物流企业的合作中,双方应该建立长期的合作关系,激励双方专用性资产投资、并建立合作中的协调、沟通机制和信任机制,以减少第三方物流企业在合作中的敲竹杠行为,促进我国家电企业与第三方物流企业合作关系的深入发展。
[Abstract]:At present, under the fierce market competition and the severe operating environment, the profit level of the household appliance enterprises in our country shows the tendency of declining step by step, and the household appliance enterprises are facing the enormous pressure in the management. Logistics, as the third profit source, has become the most promising link to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency. In order to reduce the logistics cost, the domestic appliance enterprises outsource the sales logistics business to the third party logistics enterprises one after another. The third party logistics has become the most important mode of the sales logistics business of the household appliances enterprises in our country. Making full use of the specialized advantage of the third party logistics is an important way to reduce the logistics cost and improve the quality of logistics business. However, the domestic appliance enterprises failed to establish a long-term and in-depth cooperative relationship with the third-party logistics enterprises in the outsourcing of sales logistics, which caused a serious negative impact on the effect of logistics outsourcing. Entrapment is an important factor hindering the establishment and development of long-term and deep-term cooperative relations between the two sides. The clogging problem hinders the establishment of trust between the two sides and leads to the instability of the cooperative relationship between the two sides, which has a negative impact on the sales logistics business of the household appliance enterprises. How to prevent the latching problem is an important problem in the cooperation between the domestic appliance enterprises and the third party logistics enterprises. This paper studies the relationship governance in the cooperation between home appliance enterprises and third party logistics enterprises in order to explore the relationship governance mechanism which can effectively prevent the interlocking problems in the cooperation between the two parties. This paper first describes the sales logistics business and its characteristics of Chinese household appliance enterprises, and discusses the importance of the third party logistics to the household appliances enterprises. The paper also analyzes the concrete manifestation of the latching problem in the cooperation between the appliance enterprises and the third party logistics enterprises and its harm to the cooperative relationship between the two parties. Then, by using the incomplete contract theory, this paper makes a deep analysis of the problems of the cooperation between the domestic appliance enterprises and the third party logistics enterprises. It is considered that in the cooperation between the domestic appliance enterprises and the third party logistics enterprises, the investment in the information technology such as EDI system has the characteristics of specificity in order to realize the accurate and fast transmission and real-time sharing of the logistics data. As a result, the quasi-rent can be occupied, the two sides are locked in the cooperative relationship, which leads to the locking problem, the uncertainty and indescribability of the logistics service demand of the appliance enterprises lead to the incompleteness of the logistics outsourcing contract. Thus, the third-party logistics enterprises use the contract is not complete to the household appliances enterprises to carry out racketeering behavior. Finally, based on the analysis of the reasons of the latching problem, this paper puts forward the relationship governance mechanism to prevent the latching problem, and establishes the relationship governance framework between the household appliance enterprise and the third party logistics enterprise. The research in this paper holds that in the cooperation between appliance enterprises and third party logistics enterprises, both sides should establish long-term cooperative relationship, encourage both sides to invest in special assets, and establish coordination, communication mechanism and trust mechanism in cooperation. In order to reduce the third party logistics enterprises in cooperation, promote the further development of the cooperative relationship between home appliance enterprises and third party logistics enterprises.
