航天十一院科研生产计划管理改进研究

【摘要】:本文以航天十一院的科研生产计划管理工程项目为研究对象,着重研究了该项目的项目进度计划方面的内容。 本文分为五章,分别是:第一章:航天十一院科研生产及计划管理简介;第二章:航天十一院科研生产计划管理状况;第三章:航天十一院科研生产计划管理存在问题及成因分析;第四章:航天十一院科研生产计划管理改进与实施办法;第五章:航天十一院科研生产计划管理实施的保障措施;最后是结论。 论文第一章的主要内容是对航天十一院的科研能力、项目实施背景和总体要求做出一个简要的介绍,并在此基础上制定项目进度计划。因为了解项目需求和背景是制定科学的进度计划的必要条件,而如果不按照这一流程开展计划制定工作则难以实现既定目标。本文的第二章则介绍计划管理的状况,项目管理的方法和基本理论,其中以项目管理理论和项目计划管理理论为重点。第二章后二节深入分析了本项目中如何应用分解结构图和网络计划图制定计划,首先统筹考量生产资料计划管理项目,然后划分责任归属,并在此基础上制定出项目总体的计划甘特图。第三章,主要是介绍本项目的存在问题及成因分析,主要是本项目的控制流程和项目事前、事中、事后控制等控制方法;第四章,主要是介绍如何结合航天十一院的实际进行生产计划管理方案的改进与实施,如何根据项目具体情况,制定相应的方案和计划。第五章,介绍为了保证本项目的顺利实施,如信息化管理、组织建设和风险控制都保证措施为项目顺利实施奠定基础。 最后是全文的结论。 项目管理理论是本文研究的重要理论基础,,同时还借鉴了生产资料计划管理的相关内容,将项目的实践情况和管理理论有机结合起来,引入先进的项目计划管理方法推动项目实施并取得了良好的效果。因此本文的研究是理论实践结合开展研究的典型案例,并反映出这一方法在管理科学中的重要作用,特别是在项目管理领域内,理论实践相结合十分必要,即必须坚持不懈地以实践检验理论才能推动项目管理学科的不断进步。 通过本文的研究系统回顾了项目管理的理论知识体系,并且通过实践应用将书本上的理论知识进行深化,进而在实践中也出现了一些需要进一步深入分析的问题,这同样是本文研究的成果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the project of scientific research and production planning management of the 11th Institute of Aerospace is taken as the research object, and the contents of the project schedule of the project are emphatically studied. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter: introduction of scientific research and production and planning management of the 11th Academy of Aerospace, the second chapter: the management of scientific research and production plan of the 11th Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology; Chapter three: the problems and causes of the management of scientific research and production plan in the 11th Academy of Aerospace Science, the fourth chapter: the methods of improving and implementing the management of the scientific research and production plan of the Eleventh Academy of Astronautics, the fifth chapter: the guarantee measures for the implementation of the management of the scientific research and production plan of the Eleventh Institute of Astronautics; Finally is the conclusion. The main content of the first chapter of the thesis is to make a brief introduction to the scientific research capability, the background and the overall requirements of the project, and draw up the progress plan of the project on this basis. Because understanding the needs and background of the project is a necessary condition for making a scientific progress plan, and it is difficult to achieve the established goal if you do not carry out the planning work according to this process. The second chapter introduces the status of project management, the methods and basic theories of project management, and focuses on the theory of project management and the theory of project plan management. The last two sections of the second chapter deeply analyze how to use the decomposition structure diagram and the network plan diagram to make the plan, and first to consider the production data plan management project as a whole, and then to divide the responsibility. And on this basis to draw up the overall project plan Gantt chart. The third chapter mainly introduces the existing problems and cause analysis of the project, mainly the control flow of the project and the control methods before, during and after the project. This paper mainly introduces how to improve and implement the production plan management scheme according to the actual situation of the 11th Academy of Aerospace, and how to make the corresponding plan and plan according to the specific situation of the project. The fifth chapter introduces the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, such as information management, organization construction and risk control, all of which lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project. The last part is the conclusion of the paper. The project management theory is the important theoretical basis of this paper, at the same time, it also draws lessons from the relevant contents of the planning management of the means of production, and organically combines the project practice with the management theory. The introduction of advanced project planning management methods to promote the implementation of the project and achieved good results. Therefore, the research in this paper is a typical case of the combination of theory and practice, and reflects the important role of this method in management science, especially in the field of project management, the combination of theory and practice is very necessary. That is, we must persistently test the theory with practice in order to promote the continuous progress of the subject of project management. The theoretical knowledge system of project management is reviewed through the research system in this paper, and the theoretical knowledge in books is deepened through practical application, and then some problems need to be further analyzed in practice. This is also the result of this study.
