【摘要】:随着人才竞争的日趋激烈,加大企业现有人力资源的开发、利用力度,己成为目前企业解决人才短缺、挑战人才竞争的最主要途径。企业的竞争归根结底是人力资源的竞争,CK采油厂在现有的体制和用人机制下,广纳贤才的程度有限,因此,加强对内部职工的素质及业务技能培训是提高人力资源质量和企业整体素质的重要手段和途径。 如何有效地提高CK采油厂在国际国内企业竞争中的竞争力,尽快提高职工的整体素质,已成为管理者所必须面对的主要问题。本文以CK采油厂为研究对象,针对CK采油厂现行培训过程中出现的一些问题和弊端,提出改进和完善CK采油厂培训体系的具体措施。本文首先交待了论文研究的背景和意义、研究方法与主要内容,在此基础上评述概括已有的主要的员工培训理论,主要介绍了培训的概念和分类,以及企业员工培训的基本方法和流程。。其次,分析了CK采油厂目前培训体系现状,并通过问卷调查分析了CK采油厂当前培训过程中存在的主要问题。再次,根据CK采油厂人力资源和员工培训的实际情况,在对CK采油厂员工培训需求分析的基础上,采用科学的分析方法,改进完善了CK采油厂的员工培训体系方案。本文最后,同时,为了确保培训工作的顺利开展,提出CK采油厂培训方案的实施保障措施,从组织和制度、以及企业文化等六个方面提出了相关保障措施。 本文的贡献主要体现在三个方面:首先在充分理论支持下,寻找出了CK采油厂员工培训体系中存在的问题;其次在系统分析CK采油厂企业培训体系现状的基础上,提出了CK采油厂员工培训的优化设计方案;最后并提出了CK采油厂培训优化方案的实施和保障。因此,本文也为延长石油集团其他采油厂在人力资源培训体系的优化方面提供依据,具有一定的理论和实践的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition for talents, increasing the development and utilization of existing human resources has become the most important way for enterprises to solve the talent shortage and challenge the talent competition. In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of human resources. Under the existing system and employment mechanism, the degree of accepting talents is limited. Therefore, It is an important means and way to improve the quality of human resources and the whole quality of enterprises to strengthen the training of quality and professional skills of internal staff and workers. How to effectively improve the competitiveness of CK production plant in the international and domestic enterprises competition and improve the overall quality of workers as soon as possible has become the main problem that managers must face. This paper takes CK oil production plant as the research object, aiming at some problems and drawbacks in the current training process of CK oil production plant, puts forward the concrete measures to improve and perfect the training system of CK oil production plant. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research, research methods and main contents, and then reviews and summarizes the existing main employee training theory, mainly introduces the concept and classification of training. And the basic method and process of employee training. Secondly, the present training system of CK oil production plant is analyzed, and the main problems in the current training process of CK oil extraction plant are analyzed by questionnaire survey. Thirdly, according to the actual situation of human resources and staff training in CK oil production plant, on the basis of the analysis of the training needs of employees in CK oil production plant, the scientific analysis method is adopted to improve and perfect the training system scheme of CK oil production plant. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth development of the training work, this paper puts forward the implementation safeguard measures of the training program of CK oil production plant, and puts forward the relevant safeguard measures from six aspects, such as organization and system, and corporate culture. The contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects: first, under the full theoretical support, to find out the existing problems in the training system of CK oil production plant; secondly, on the basis of systematic analysis of the current situation of the training system of CK oil production plant, This paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of CK oil production plant staff training, and finally puts forward the implementation and guarantee of CK oil production plant training optimization scheme. Therefore, this paper also provides the basis for the optimization of human resource training system in other oil production plants of Yanchang Petroleum Group, which has certain theoretical and practical reference value.
