G医疗公司战略研究

【摘要】:医疗器械行业是21世纪朝阳行业之一,不仅关乎人们的健康与生存质量,更关键的在于它集知识密集、技术密集、竞争密集于一身,是代表一个国家制造业科技水平的重要标志之一。G医疗公司关注女性健康,为宣传推广女性健康新观念、新技术,提高女性生活质量,创建中国的现代妇科服务模式而努力。本文主要通过SWOT分析法分析公司内外部环境,并找出公司优势、劣势、机会、威胁,为制定战略提供依据。在分析过程中,用到了PEST分析模型对宏观环境进行分析,并用波特五力对竞争环境进行分析,以期得出最客观的结论。经过一系列分析,为G公司设计了成本领先和差异化的战略,为其设计了新型医改体制下的市场营销战略,本文也实时地为其制定了融资战略、技术开发战略、品牌战略。本文为了实现公司目标而设计了具有指导性、全局性、长远性的公司谋略,与此同时,也指出了公司谋略应该如何实施。本文同时希望通过完善和加强财务制度、渠道建设、组织机构、企业文化建设等一系列措施的保证,实现公司长足稳定的发展,最终为我国女性健康事业的发展,做出自己应有的贡献。本文期望在新型医改体制下,为其制定的营销战略为创新点,并希望此战略真正能为G医疗公司带来效益。
[Abstract]:Medical device industry is one of the sunrise industries in the 21st century. It not only concerns people's health and quality of life, but also integrates knowledge, technology and competition. G Medical Company is one of the important symbols representing the scientific and technological level of manufacturing industry in a country. It pays attention to the health of women and makes great efforts to propagate and popularize the new concept and technology of women's health, improve the quality of life of women, and establish the modern gynecological service model in China. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company through SWOT analysis, and finds out the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In the process of analysis, PEST analysis model is used to analyze the macro environment, and Porter's five forces are used to analyze the competitive environment in order to reach the most objective conclusion. After a series of analysis, the paper designs the strategy of cost leading and differentiation for G Company, the marketing strategy under the new medical reform system, and the financing strategy, technology development strategy and brand strategy for G Company in real time. In order to achieve the goal of the company, this paper designs a guiding, overall, long-term company strategy, at the same time, it also points out how the company strategy should be implemented. At the same time, this paper hopes that by perfecting and strengthening the financial system, channel construction, organization, corporate culture construction and a series of measures to ensure that the company can make considerable and stable development, and ultimately for the development of women's health in our country. Make your due contribution. This paper hopes that under the new medical reform system, the marketing strategy made for it is an innovation point, and that this strategy can bring benefits to G medical company.
