【摘要】:薪酬一直以来都是员工关注的焦点,人才仍然是当前的热门话题,它们共同反应出一个企业在竞争中致胜的关键性问题——企业的薪酬结构能否发挥其应有的激励作用,实现人力资源的合理配置、拴心留人,使企业在于变万化的激烈竞争环境中得以生存和发展。这个关键性问题的出现,根本原因是随着社会、经济的发展,企业在人力资源管理和经营战略调整的基础上,传统薪酬设计已经不适应企业发展的需要。本文针对这一问题,以LJ公司薪酬为研究对象,做出了以岗位为基础分类实施差别化劳动用工的分析,建立以职位(岗位)为基础的薪酬结构,构建了扩展的薪酬优化框架体系(系统)。LJ公司薪酬体系优化设计在解决职系人才薪酬水平的公平性问题上具有既能立足当前、着眼长远,满足员工对薪酬的要求,又能体现薪酬作为载体为企业留住关键人才,提升动力、稳心尽职、发挥才能的优越性。 作为薪酬保障的绩效薪酬使LJ公司薪酬的激励结果更具有实用性和可操作性,更好地实现薪酬的长期激励作用。
[Abstract]:Compensation has always been the focus of attention of employees, talent is still a hot topic at present, they jointly reflect a key issue that enterprises win in the competition-whether the salary structure of the enterprise can play its due incentive role. The rational allocation of human resources and the retention of human resources will enable the enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment. The root cause of this key problem is that with the development of society and economy, the traditional salary design is not suitable for the development of enterprises on the basis of human resource management and management strategy adjustment. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes the salary of LJ Company as the research object, makes the analysis of the differentiated labor employment based on the classification of the position, and establishes the salary structure based on the position (post). This paper constructs an extended compensation optimization framework system (system. LJ company compensation system optimization design) in order to solve the fairness of grade talent compensation level can not only be based on the current, long-term, to meet the requirements of staff compensation. It can also reflect the superiority of salary as carrier for enterprises to retain key talents, promote motivation, and perform their duties steadily. Performance compensation as compensation guarantee makes the incentive result of LJ company more practical and operable, and better realize the long-term incentive effect of compensation.
