化工物流企业的绿色供应链研究

【摘要】:现代化工供应链作为供应链的一个分支,与社会利益有着密切的关系。从经济因素来看,化工产品是人类生活中许多必需品的基本原料,化工供应链的高成本势必增加化工产品的售价,从而影响其衍生产品的价格。从环境因素来看,化工产品的生产、销售、物流等环节中大量使用和浪费不可再生资源,给人类未来的生存和发展埋下隐患。从社会因素来看,化工产品一旦发生安全事故,其影响范围之大、程度之深、时间之长,都将引起严重的社会反响。因此,化工供应链的绿色环保、可持续发展与人民福祉、社会发展、国家安定都密切相关。我国的化工供应链的绿色化水平仍处于起步阶段,在供应链的战略层面和操作层面均存在大量非绿色化的因素,导致供应链无法持续发展。在上述背景下,本文首先研究了化工供应链绿色化的理论基础,得出结论:绿色化工供应链的诉求是可持续发展,是供应链经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的统一。随后,文章分析了我国化工供应链的现状,并以案例企业所处的化工供应链为突破口,寻找其中存在的非绿色因素。文章从战略层面(供需关系)和操作层面(仓储、运输、包装)分析化工供应链存在的企业合作不畅、信息技术落后、仓储成本过高、运输路线迂回、包装安全性差等问题。通过加强企业合作、革新技术力量、控制仓储成本、优化运输路线、改进包装方式等方案,对供应链的战略、操作层面进行全面优化,成为可持续发展的绿色化工供应链。最后,文章运用模糊综合评价法对优化后的化工供应链绿色程度进行定量评价;运用三重底线理论对优化后的化工供应链是否达到可持续发展的标准进行评估。两项评估结果均证明,本文提出的优化方案使得化工供应链在经济效益、社会效益、环境效益上取得了全面的提升,达到化工供应链绿色化的目的。
[Abstract]:As a branch of supply chain, modern chemical supply chain is closely related to social interests. In terms of economic factors, chemical products are basic raw materials for many necessities in human life. The high cost of chemical supply chain is bound to increase the selling price of chemical products, thus affecting the prices of derivative products. From the point of view of environmental factors, the production, sale, logistics and other links of chemical products in the use and waste of non-renewable resources, for the future survival and development of mankind buried hidden dangers. As far as social factors are concerned, once a safety accident occurs in chemical products, it will cause serious social repercussions because of its wide range, deep degree and long time. Therefore, the green environmental protection and sustainable development of chemical supply chain are closely related to people's welfare, social development and national stability. The green level of chemical supply chain in our country is still in its initial stage. There are a large number of non-green factors in the strategic and operational level of the supply chain, which lead to the supply chain not sustainable development. Under the above background, this paper first studies the theory foundation of green chemical supply chain, and draws the conclusion: the demand of green chemical supply chain is sustainable development, is the unity of economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit of supply chain. Then, the paper analyzes the present situation of the chemical supply chain in China, and takes the chemical supply chain of the case enterprises as the breakthrough point to find the non-green factors in the supply chain. This paper analyzes the problems existing in chemical supply chain from strategic level (supply and demand) and operation (storage, transportation, packaging), such as poor cooperation between enterprises, backward information technology, high storage cost, circuitous transportation route, poor packaging security and so on. Through strengthening the enterprise cooperation, innovating the technical force, controlling the storage cost, optimizing the transportation route, improving the packing method and so on, the strategy and operation level of the supply chain are optimized in an all-round way, which becomes the sustainable development of the green chemical supply chain. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the green degree of the optimized chemical supply chain quantitatively, and the triple bottom line theory is used to evaluate whether the optimized chemical supply chain can meet the sustainable development criteria. The two evaluation results prove that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper has made the chemical supply chain achieve a comprehensive improvement in economic, social and environmental benefits, and achieve the purpose of green chemical supply chain.
